Matt has been super helpful in the home buying process. I'm house hunting for the first time and went in with almost no knowledge of how lending, pre-approval, rates, etc worked and Matt walked me through all my options and helped me really understand what plan works best for my financial goals. Also, since I'm usually looking at houses on the weekends, it was awesome to have someone from the Daniel Sa team available on-call over weekends to put together financial options during those hours as well! Man where do I start? I found NFM Lending by doing a basic Google search. I saw the excellent reviews and thought maybe they are fake. Ryan C was our loan partner with whom we worked most closely, and we would love to work with him again should the opportunity present itself. He and everyone from NFM make the loan process transparent, efficient and painless. Their rates and fees are incredibly competitive and agreeable, and above all I appreciate their focus on customer service. Ryan always ensured that I knew what the next step in the process was, and my questions were ALWAYS answered so I understood the numbers, costs, savings, etc. I never once felt rushed. There were even a couple of times I called an audible in regard to changing my mind on the amount of money I wanted to bring to closing as well as the closing date, and with each of those last minute changes, Ryan made himself available, answered my questions, and quickly made the changes to our loan that I requested. Again, I would 100% choose NFM Lending for future mortgage loan and/or refinance needs, and I really can't recommend them any more highly to others. Five Stars.

Our loan officer Ben was excellent at communicating with us throughout the process and explaining how things were moving along, what actions needed to be taken by us and what actions needed to be taken by them or other parties involved in the process, and advocating on our behalf when there were bumps in the road. I would recommend working with the Daniel Sa Team because they helped take away a lot of the "behind the curtain" type of feeling with the finance side of the home buying process. We did not have this kind of transparency from the lender when we bought our previous home and it was a much more anxious process than it was this time around while working with Ben.

The Daniel Sa Team was referred to me for my first loan on buying a home and I talked with Danny there, I have never felt so comfortable in talking about finances before and he made me feel very at ease.
