Daniel is one of the best lenders I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is solution oriented, he doesn't give up on a tough pre approval, stays in communication throughout the transaction, offers alternative solutions to unique issues, he educated your clients so they can make the best decisions, and he also offers great programs for anyones situation! I cant recommend him enough!

I really didn’t know how to start this review without just jumping right in and telling you that Daniel and his team are AMAZING, so I thought it would be best to start off with what brought my husband and I to Daniel’s doorstep in the shivering cold at the dead of night…figuratively, of course. My husband and I had been looking for homes for a couple of months, and were not having any luck with any of the offers we were putting in. The Bay Area is a tough place to purchase a home, especially if you’re a first-time home buyer with the budget of, what feels like, 3 pennies and a pack of gum. We spent countless weekends going to home after home, lowering our standards more and more (I know I said I needed a bathroom, but this outhouse without running water should do just fine!), and sometimes just walking right out of a place if we saw more than a handful of people looking around too. I should also mention that, up until that point, we had been using a lender who had also done loans for multiple people in my family. We didn’t shop or ask around for anyone else, because we assumed that everything was going to be just fine and dandy. But fine and dandy it was not! We finally had an offer that was accepted on this cute little townhouse in Pleasanton, and we were so excited to get the ball rolling. However, when I told my lender the good news, she completely flipped the script on me and gave me an interest rate that was over 1.2% more than what she had quoted me just two days earlier. I was flabbergasted. Shocked, I tell you! It was preposterous! (Anyway, you get the gist). My husband’s coworker had been recommending Daniel to him for a while, but he didn’t take him up on his offer because his "wife had already found someone." (Yea, yeah, it's always my fault). However, in the eleventh hour, after our offer was already accepted on the home, there I was, frantically emailing Daniel, with tears streaming down my face, trying to figure out if he could help us, this late in the game. For context, that frantic email was on March 10th. We closed escrow on March 31st. From the very beginning, Daniel was open and honest about every detail of the process. He thoroughly explained everything, and never for one second made me doubt that we weren’t going to close as quickly as we had promised the listing agent. Daniel was so easily available by phone, text, email, owl post, etc, so getting a hold of him was always a piece of cake. We felt like we were his top priority at all times, and in an area where it can sometimes seem like you need to be Bill Gates to afford a shed, it was so nice to be taken so seriously. Daniel has such a calm and reassuring manner, and we were able to get through this whole process without a single hiccup. We could not be any happier. Also, I want to give a little shout out to Daniel’s loan assistant, Francesca, who was so incredibly nice, communicative, and responsive during the whole process as well. They make a great team, and we will never stop recommending Daniel and his team to all of our friends and family (probably some random strangers and neighborhood squirrels too!). In all seriousness, we are so so so very grateful we stumbled into the path of Daniel and his team. A decision we will never regret! Now, my husband is not a man of many words, but he would like to add: TL;DR – Daniel is the G.O.A.T.
