One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Dawson Miller my salesman was great to deal with. He answered all of my texts, emails and phone calls even on his days off! Josh in F and I also was great to work with. Josh made the financial part of the experience seamless and easy. The dealership was clean and organized. Totally great experience from start to finish. Dan Cummins has earned a loyal customer. It was well worth the 3.5 hour trip.

I just made my fourth purchase with Dan Cummins on a new 2021 Limited Grand Cherokee L.. By far THE best experience I've had so far. Mark Hunt was the best salesman I've worked with so far- he'll definitely have my families business for life. I told Mark I needed space for my 6'3 husband and 10 month old son.. He found me the most perfect vehicle without any pressure. Upon my arrival all of my paperwork was ready for signature, numbers were already discussed and locked in, the vehicle was detailed and fuel was ready, all it needed was my test drive to give the go. Ordered a new truck with Dawson Miller. Overall experience was amazing. Dawson was very helpful and open to questions I had along the way. Once the truck was done in the build phase, picking it up was one of the smoothest car purchases I’ve ever had. From time of getting dropped off by the Uber (flew into Lexington from TX) to walking out the door with the keys in my hand took maybe a total of 45 minutes. Overall would recommend this dealer over and over again.

I had the most pleasurable sales experience with Blaine,Robin and Angie. They were in no rush listened to what I wanted and had multiple options of vehicles I had been wanting. After being a loyal Dodge owner for many years with many purchases I nearly left the brand after my local dealer for nearly 20 years had my car in for service and allowed it to be stolen without so much as a "I'm Sorry This Happened" from a pathetic owner at Dodge of Antioch. That dealer did nothing for me except a insurance payment that did not even meet the market conditions at the time and I'm still waiting for this owner to even reach out and at least show some form of humanity to this day with a simple phone call even. Being a member on the Hellcat forum I let all the Hellcat Community know about this awful situation. I was told about Jake Stephens and after thinking about this long and hard and decided that this would be my final attempt to try and go back to Dodge and repair the loss and damage that occurred to me and my family. All I can say is after the theft and poor treatment Jake convinced me that good dealers still exist and so do excellent salesmen. Jake put me back into something I never thought I would have again. The only downfall of my experience was how long it took to get into the financial manager's office to sign paperwork. Although we waited a while, the financial manager was very nice and efficient once in his office. I'd refer any friends or family to buy a car with Dan Cummins.

Joel Soriano did a fantastic job when we where looking for a new car! Joel put up with my need to test drive many cars and was very patient with us. The finance person was very pushy though, we said no to the warranty 4 times and he still pushed us into getting the warranty. He made it seem like was absorbing the cost of it and was able to get our payment even lower but no he just added more payments but we did not feel like we could say no.

But, Jessica took over and things got bad fast. She pushed and pushed to have me come in after i said I wanted to think. Pushed me to make a appointment after I said I will come when I can. Then text me non stop for days till I said stop messaging me. A week later she writes again asking me to come in and make a appointment. I had to get rude and tried to get us removed, I shouldn't have to do that

As much as I hate car dealerships, these guys made buying a vehicle a lot less painless than most. Would have given 5 stars except for the lousy cleaning job on the inside of the glass on the truck. Had to stop on the 3 1/2 hour drive home in the dark to clean inside windows and side mirrors to remove spots and swipe marks to reduce glare. This on what turned out to be a $72,000+ purchase. The sales staff from receptionist, sales, and finance were all efficient, adept at the car dealership tap dance and personable. I would recommend Dan Cummins to anyone. Just bring clean rags and window cleaner.

My experience was amazing, Robin Hyden met me at the door when I arrived and made the whole process relaxing and trouble free. You don't experience that much these days with dealerships or the personnel working there but Dan Cummins is the rarity and having employees like Robin make the difference. He walked me through every step of the ordering process as well as giving me weekly updates on my order status. Once the car arrived, the pick up process was smooth as butter. I was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. *Note I live in FL and most of this was done via Text and phone calls. So it doesn't matter where you live if you want a custom ordered Dodge, Jake Stephens is the Guy to call.

Purchased a used car from Dan Cummins, overall the purchasing experience was good. My complaint is the car didn't have a spare or an inflation kit. I asked about the information kit that is supposed to be in the trunk and I was it came in without one so it gets sold without one. I don't find that acceptable. Not having a way to fix a flat and leaving me on the side of a road while I have to wait on road service is dangerous. All cars should have either a spare that is inflated and in good condition or an inflation kit. Not very good customer service.

I wish the experience was more pleasurable but it wasn’t. My pregnant wife, dog and I drove 16 hours to pickup my truck. The dealership knew we were coming around 530. We got there at 515 and the truck wasn’t even ready when they knew a week ahead of time when I planned to come. The paperwork process took maybe 10 minutes but we were there for over 3 hours. It was waiting after more waiting. Several employees told us we should make reservations at a local restaurant so we made some for 715. As time got closer we canceled them and changed them to 900. Once we finally left the dealership at 845 and had a 30 minute commute to our hotel we had to cancel the second reservations we made. The manager gave us a $50 gift card for our dinner but when we had to cancel our plans, it really didn’t matter, although a nice gesture. The whole time we were there it seemed like employees could’ve helped my salesman such as filling it up and getting it detailed but he was the sole person working with me. By the time it was ready to go we just wanted out of there. I had no patience left to have someone setup my uconnect account or even setup my phone, I did that in the hotel parking lot. It was an unfortunately experience at the dealership, especially waiting 5 months for my truck and almost paying $100k. 27 July update: When I signed for the truck I had them add in a tri-fold hard cover for it. On 22 July I was told it would be ordered and I would receive a tracking number for it. So 5 days later I still don’t have a tracking number and trying to reach the manager is impossible. I’m really tired of the back and forth with this dealership.

I have just been informed that the dealership will not honor the response to this review. I would never have purchased this car if I had been told I would not receive a 2nd key fob.
