Teller does not have enough PENS for customers. After being denied a return on an over draft fee I covered literally the same day. I never overdrafted except for one time accidently, but covered it. This one pen for all customers issue takes the cake…. What’s the point of your monthly fees, your security fees, your mail fees, your overdraft fees that you charge every single customer if you cant supply PENS? Also, this bank is the ONLY bank to not release all funds on deposited checks for TWO weeks. I mean really guys? Come on, either step up and be customer friendly or just close up shop.

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for all the help I received at DCFCU in finding my new wheels!! I really appreciate it all the work everyone has done. My Auto Desk Specialist, Paul, was on top of it 100%. Him & I spoke on the type of car I was looking to finance and within minutes he emailed me photos and info on THE car. I got a great deal too! Awesome financing and they offered additional discounts for being a member as well. The DAD and my loan specialists, Christina and Katherine, went above and beyond and I'm super happy with my new car. My teenage daughter and I recently visited DCFCU located off SW 216st because of an issue she was having with her account. Joshua Lopez was our Financial Service Representative and we really appreciated all of his hard work and dedication to rectifying the issue. Joshua did a spectacular job, the issue was rectified in a timely manner even though it was the holiday season (Christmas). Thank you DCFCU & a special thanks to Joshua too!

I have never felt more uncomfortable than today, let me begin by saying I been with the bank 4 years, I had a car loan paid off, a credit card paid off and a savings account that I don't use anymore, so I went to the bank to close the savings account and they made me close the credit card in order to close the savings accounts what business practices are those, I have never felt a employee so aggressively as Alejandra Anton she is so unprofessional and rude ,sorry but I will never do any business with this bank EVER and it took for ever to close it the manager Katrina is nice and polite ,but should show they employees that customer are always right and that with out a customer they don't have a job ,this institution have very disorganized relationships and work ethic

Unbelievable wait time,I waited 45mins in the drive through when this branch has 3 lanes open at once. You would think the Branch Manager Cindy would be on top of her Employees to get the line moving as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Employees were extremely unprofessional and rude. My friend needed to break a hundred dollar bill and was turned away simply because he didn’t speak English. I walked in with him to help him out then I was greeted by being told that I couldn’t wear a hat in line. I agreed to step out of the line as soon as someone who could speak Spanish could assist my friend. The employee said he spoke Spanish and as soon as I walked out my friend followed telling me that they wouldn’t break the hundred dollar bill because he didn’t have an account with them. Don’t waste your valuable time and money opening an account at this place. There are far better options out there.

Horrible service !!!! a member for 32 years I called 3 times, left 2 messages with assistant supervisor then 1 with supervisor, no one called me back over 3 days. Bad service for a long time member. Must improve if they want customers to join.
