D.L. Evans Bank 12th Ave Rd, Nampa

Love the people at this bank! They have always been beyond friendly and helpful in going on 5 years of banking at the Nampa branch. I would recommend them to anyone without a second thought 😃

Been banking here for over ten years. And do enjoy the staff at this location that I have personally grown to love. However one day pulling up, a lady I don't know seemed dead set to have me pay five dollars for a print out. And claimed they always have done that. It really put me out of my comfort zone of how she was? And when they never have done that before. When I left, honestly felt she was stuck up... Don't know what to say over such a minuscule matter. But it was definitely very upsetting for the rest of the day & in how the whole situation replayed in my mind. Guess she just rubbed me the wrong way? The huge uncomfortable vibe... Can't help but say I don't ever want to deal with her again. Even if I have to pay for something that the rest of the staff agree on, I'd be willing to go give it out plus with kindness and my relationship bond to who I know.... Heck! Even when I saw the lady I'm more familiar with in the back, all I could think of was "please help, please help, I like your welcoming smile better, please step in!" I'll pay you more just for your smile! Usually I am one who likes anyone & easy going, and bubbly. But definitely irritated how this (new?) lady was.

Five stars doesn’t give you, the reader, a firm understanding of the kind of quality service and care we receive as customers. I believe five stars is over used and under appreciated. This bank and the people, at the Nampa 12th Ave branch, are the best!!

I always have such a great experience when conducting business at this branch! The tellers are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

Asked Neil to cash and then deposit my check. He decided I only needed access to only some of my cash, so now I have to wait until tomorrow for the money that I told him specifically so I have access to it. Safe to say I will be cancelling my account with DL. UPDATE Branch manager did reach out to me and left me a voicemail basically stating that it all got figured out and the funds were available later that day so it wasn't a big deal. Not a big deal for you guys but it's a huge deal for me. As soon as I have time, i will be leaving DL due to lack of customer service and how poorly you guys as a company care about your customers.
