Cyprus Credit Union 13400 S, Riverton

Worst company to do any banking/ finance through. They lie and tell you that you’re financed and then come back and say they need additional information. They are not willing to waive needing a drivers license even when the dmv is booked out and you can’t get in. Horrible horrible! Any other credit union is better than Cyprus. They shouldn’t even be in business.

My hubby and I have always had a great experience at this branch. We love Stacie and the rest of the girls there, they are so sweet! And for my banking needs, they have been excellent.

A member since 1990, 27 years. Just moved to Herriman. After my 3rd visit..... This branch needs a complete re-set. They are worthless and very incompetent. Can not believe how long I had to stand there to get some help when there were at least 5 employees I counted walking around and visiting. I was the ONLY customer in the bank. Terrible. Taking my banking down the street.

best Bank ever - online banking is great and in office staff Very Awesome!. Its nice they know my name and and very helpful.

Not very busy, and that's nice but the staff are often unable to help you and require the main office for any answers. Not reliable

Long time member here (10 plus years) . Was just told by the not so nice teller lady that she was going to put my 7k check on a 5 day hold. This check came from another credit union in town. Waited a good 10 plus minutes for her to come back and tell me. I've never had someone call another local credit union to verify such a small amount. Took my check back and went up the street to America First where I am also a member. I was in and out in less than 5 mins with no BS about verifying funds from another local credit union. I will not be opening any more accounts with these folks, they have changed.

Worst banking experience in the industry. This was the final straw of many bad experiences in this branch... 50/50 The people in this branch are lazy, incompetent, clueless, and overall very poor bankers. No, smiles and jokes with co workers is not taking care of customers. Making customers stand and wait while 6 employees visit and laugh, all while helping no one is not good service. Interrogating me as to where I received a check (small amount) that I am only trying to deposit into an well established account and telling me it is for my and the banks protection is simply BS. Not asking for cash back. Merely a simple deposit. Still have not gotten an honest answer as to how the bank is at risk here..... Yes I have called management. Done with this joke of a branch. Cyprus Credit Union has completely lost my trust due to the Herriman branch. Since voicing my experience to friends, I am not the only one in this boat here.

The staff always has a positive attitude and I feel welcome when I go into the bank.

I love these girls here! I've been banking here as long as I can remember.
