To say that this shop is Awesome, is an understatement, every time I come in the staff is super helpful and friendly and always tries try to go above and beyond to work out a deal that I’m ultimately happy with. I pretty much never leave this store unsatisfied, and I highly recommend visiting this shop If you appreciate quality customer service. They also have a great layaway program that I highly would recommend taking advantage of. if I could, I’d give this pawnshop 6 stars!

It appears management was unaware of the things happening and have taken corrective actions to make there establishment a safer and more pleasant place to shop. I applaud them for running a class act business and caring about their customers. Will definitely be checking in to see what they've got to offer.

I made a purchase in August 2017 for a HP laptop. I know it was used. The experience so far hasn’t been good. Our family has used HP products before and have been excellent. It freezes every time and needs updates every 2 weeks, which takes ages for the computer to start. Battery lasts shorter and shorter. Can’t handle more than 7 internet windows opened. Save your money for a new laptop at a mayor retail. It costed $200. Customer service was excellent.

Absolute worst experience I've had at a pawn shop. I explained to the guy that I was going out of town for a month so I was going to put the gun on layaway. I made the payment and when I called to make another payment they told me there's no way to pay over the phone. I am out of state until 3 weeks from now. They gave me absolutely no options of how to get this taken care of other than send a friend. Refuse to take any payment over the phone or even a direct wire. The manager was completely unprofessional and I will definitely not be coming back here. Needless to say they get to keep the money I've already paid. Ridiculous.

Bought this tv last weekend and took it to my brother who is dealing with a lot. He plugged the tv up and this is what it looks like. Went talked to the manager today and he said we don’t cover screen problems. This place is terrible. He said this happened in transport. I literally put the tv in my back seat and dropped it off. I wish I would of known I was being messed over. He didn’t even ask how it was transported. I just wanted to trade it for another but I now refuse to spend my money with a business that can care less about the consumer. I really liked this place.

I talked about thispawn shop to my friend because of some older great experiences .i know that he owns 3 other pawn shops, but unfortunately today she had a horrible experience with a new employee. I wont go into details, but he made her very uncomfortable. I will be asking how someone like this could work here, he sounded completely unprofessional. I apologized to my friend and told her she should try one of the other two shops that he owns.

Best pawn shop I've known. Manager,Chris , is so nice he called me to tell me that an item was over due and I told him I couldn't be there for a couple days and he gave me extra days til I could come in. This pawn shop I trust with my stuff. Great Job 6 stars

Great group of people. Always friendly and helpful. A fair deal when you need to sell your used items. And always quality items at a fair price. And with a 10 month layaway you can't go wrong.
