CT has bit off more than they can chew. Spend less time and money on fancy offices and bars and more on customer service. I recommend taking business to someone that needs it and appreciates it.

Johnny McKay and his team at Cypress Title were very professional in helping close recently on our home refinance. They were prepared when we showed up and the process took very little time. AWESOME JOB!!

The Prairieville staff was rude to us throughout the entire process. We only dealt with them because we were the seller and the buyer was using them. When we went back to their office months later to complete something that was left unfinished, the woman we had emailed with questions was very rude and unprofessional. We will never bring any business to this company. The people who work there think they are better than everyone else.

They were very welcoming from the moment I step through the door. The environment is very professional but still cozy, excellent and knowledgeable staff members.

I have worked with Cypress Title professionally and personally for many years. Bryan Denison and Amanda Rogers always go out of their way to make sure everything is handled in a professional and timely manner so when I needed a someone to close my house -- I knew there would be no one better for the job. I recommend them to everyone. The whole staff and their process is top notch!!!!!!

Be prepared for last minute fees and costs that come out of nowhere, 10 minutes before closing! Complete lack of communication and paperwork not completed on time for deadlines. Have fun trying to get them to do their jobs just to be told "we'll get it done tomorrow" except tomorrow conveniently never comes. Absolutely avoid using this worthless title company at all costs. As the previous review states, unprofessionalism doesn't even begin to describe our horrible experience today. The carelessness and arrogance of the "staff" was just icing on the cake. Save yourself the headache and stress and take your money elsewhere!

Fast (but never rushed) and professional closings in a fantastic atmosphere. The entire staff takes wonderful care of every person and makes the clients feel welcome and important.
