This is an awesome place so many things to choose from and I’ve had to do loan business with Mr. David and he is the coolest most down to earth guy and very helpful. Plus they have a lot of really awesome firearms and actually know everything about them for when your wondering about something. I highly recommend this shop, it has the good ole small town feel even though it’s here in cypress

My favorite thing about Cypress Jewelry and Loan is how the staff cultivates relationships with its clientele. Any negative reviews I've read largely come from not understanding common protocol and procedure with most pawn shops. That being said, Max is the kind of manager who will greet you with a smile and will work with you so everyone walks away satisfied whether you are getting a loan, selling or buying. I would never take my valuables to another pawn shop. They have a customer for life.

I’ve been visiting this place for over 29 years never had a problem with it until now. I’ve put stuff on layaway many times. I put a piece on layaway the end of November bought my daughters piece right before Christmas was running low on cash new I had till Feb 23rd to pick up my piece as I was told and it was written on my ticket went in today they had already pulled it and sold it to someone else!! All the guy could say was oh you should have read the bottom of the ticket. Wasn’t marked wasn’t circled had it been I probably would have but since I took the word of a sales person and what she wrote on my ticket I lost both the money and the item! Go to Tomball Pawn they see awesome!! I should have just gone there to begin with!!!

I have purchased a used Laptop, 2 used Pistols, and One New Pistol from here. Awesome prices, great staff, and durable quality. My laptop was used and I've had it for 3 years now. The pistols have never jammed, and were ready to fire (at the range) from the time of purchase. P89 Ruger 9mm, Taurus G2c 9mm, and (NEW) Taurus G3c 9mm. 5 Stars.

The middle aged chunky Hispanic lady with long curly hair that assisted me was immensely rude, and treated me very poorly. She had long bedazzled nails and accidentally (I hope) scratched me while taking my product from me to examine, and she did not have even acknowledge or apologize. She hardly made eye contact with me and just had unpleasant energy. I’m guessing she had a terrible day, but even then I did nothing to warrant her unprofessional attitude. I did not like her service and I will not do business with them in the future. All in all 0/10, do not recommend unless someone else is there to assist.

I absolutely love this pawn shop, the aesthetic of the wood work and wonderful displays, the way everything is organized, makes it feel like an actual jewelry store rather than a pawn shop. That being said, the manager Max is so amazingly helpful and always kind and friendly. He’s very knowledgeable and patient, helping me understand terms that I didn’t know previously. I won’t shop anywhere else because you can’t beat Max!

CLEAN STORE, AMAZING EMPLOYEES Walked in and was greeted immediately. Staff was very helpful! I was looking for a charm for my bracelet, and the manager, Max, was quick and efficient in helping me find exactly what I was looking for :) will definitely be coming back!!
