Cumberland County Federal Credit Union Lewiston Rd, Gray

When I told them I got paid in cash the teller told me to be careful. That was good advice! I also have a little hand sanitizer from here, and it’s my favorite one. There’s not much I can say about banking but this one is nice because it’s a credit union.

Have a personal account and business account with CCFCU and I love the credit union and the majority of the people that work at my home branch in Gray, but there is one woman who works there that is very rude every time I am forced to go through her side of the drive thru. When I do go inside, I will let 10 people go ahead of me if necessary just to be sure I deal with someone else. It's really unfortunate. I personally feel there is nothing worse than someone in a customer service position that seems to just be rude by nature.

This plandemic is over open up your lobbies. Waiting in line for drivethrough for over 30 minutes and backed up down rt 202. 23 cars waiting. Getting old fast

The staff is Always very pleasant, their rates are great, it's an all over excellent place to do your banking.

Staff is very friendly. 2 drive up tellers with outdoor ATM within left drive up(covered). Slightly odd parking and in winter it is recommended to allow only 1 car through the exit/entrance which merges with a road to a housing development so off of the main road which makes this possible. No rolled coin in second (right side) drive up and believe that there is a max of $500 for drive up transactions (though I may be misremembering). This is my preferred location.

Easily the best credit union location. Staff is well trained, kind, and efficient.
