Michelle was absolutely incredible! We had dealt with three other lenders before we came to Michelle and CSMC Mortgage, and they were all lack luster to say the least. David Honda handled the loan for the buyer of one of my listings. Things went very smoothly and we closed a little early. It was a great experience and all parties concerned were very happy with the results.

I have already referred more business to CSMC Mortgage because of their professionalism and attention to details. They set my expectations and delivered. They made it as easy as possible to submit required documents and double check what was delivered would to get the correct approvals without delay. I was able to avoid paying my last payment to my prior lender who quite frankly was terrible and never got it right, the first time or second or sometimes a third. I was asked the right questions at the right time to lock-in the best rate for varying Loan periods and knew how much interest would be saved versus the payments. If you can make a bigger payment for a 15 or 20 years Loan do so because you will save $100k++ in interest. If you will move or refinance again within a shorter period then go with the 30 year. The Escrow Fees were quoted upfront and spot on before closing. I got a few Other Lender quotes that were ridiculously high and seemed like a bait and switch sales tactic. My costs were minimal compared to the others. Do yourself a favor and work with CSMC for the best experience and overall satisfaction. TomG

I find it a little suspect that every single review is a 5-star! Our experience was awful. Over four months for our refis. Asked for updated paystubs and bank statements four different times. Finally closed in November and one of the refis still has issues. Because of an error on the part of CSMC, we had to resign docs three months after the fact. And we still haven’t received official paperwork on that mortgage because of their screw up. We can’t set up any sort of payment because we don’t know where to send the payment! It has been a nightmare. CSMC did offer us a credit as an apology for the disaster that was our refi but that doesn’t negate the frustration and annoyance we felt. The one bright spot during the whole process was Jan Marshall-Moore. She was on top of things as best she could be and always responded to our emails/phone calls/texts in a timely manner.
