Jennifer is absolutely amazing!! I have had the best experience with her the past 3 days! I'm new to handguns so I stopped in to see what she had. When I say everything, I mean everything!! She was so patient with me because I'm still learning the lingo and everything about a handgun. Even though she knew the first day I came in, I wasn't buying anything that day, but she still took the time to show me multiple handguns and spent a lot of time going over them. I went back the next day while I was still waiting on my pistol purchase permit to be approved with several handguns I had narrowed my choices down to. Again, Jennifer was super sweet. She made me feel welcomed and will answer the same questions over and over. Harry showed me the ones I wanted to see and just like Jennifer, he was super patient and very knowledgeable. Today I was able to walk back in with my permit and bought the handgun I had been eyeing. Jennifer took the time to reach out to an instructor that will help me feel more comfortable and teach me the basics. Scott was also very friendly as well. It feels like a family atmosphere. I can't thank Jennifer enough; she's an angel! She even offered to buy my first handgun that I had bought that I wasn't a fan of for the price I was asking! If you're in the market for a handgun or any kind of gun for that matter, look no further than Crystal Coast Pawn Shop! Best buying experience and excellent prices! I'll never buy anywhere else!

The staff here is Awesome. Purchased a hand gun last week. Very friendly and professional. My pistol had some factory defects, and they offered to get it resolved for me. Above and beyond what most would do. If your Gun shopping Stop by you wont be dissapointed

Don’t go in here. The girl that helps the owner is rude and if they don’t remember saying anything to a customer, the customer is automatically a liar. I know what I was told! If they can’t hold up to their end of what they tell people they need to shut the door. From the owner down, attitude adjustments are needed before a customer comes in that don’t handle being called a liar very well.

First off, extremely rude people here !! I brought in my old wedding rings to sell and the guy saw that to his advantage. He asked for my number and said he would get back to me with a price when the owner got there ! I’ve heard from him….but not about the rings !! Disguisting !

Jennifer is awesome. Have bought multiple guns from her on top of many other things. Very fair with me on prices and has also become a great friend to me. Huge selection and if she doesn't have what your looking for she will actually try to find it for you unlike some other places that say they will and never do..

Great place. Literally, the most friendly group of people I've had the pleasure of meeting. They are very understanding and very good at meeting needs, if they can be met; especially the owner, they are grade A. Even when they are slammed they try to help everyone. Excellent place to buy firearms, and if they don't have it, they will try to obtain it for you. Anyone one who leaves a bad review about this shop, are as follows: 1. Has the personality skills of a newt. 2. Probably a druggie, that was/is mad they didn't give them money for their fix, so they decided to bad mouth a good business. 3. A liar, that tries to shake down an honest business, because they are horrible people. Some advice. If you pawn, pay, pay on time, and get your stuff back. If you have time to leave a review, you have time to view the shops hours, if you can't make it to pay, call.... Good things happen to those who plan. Don't be a jerk and give a bad review/star rating because of your lack of planning.

I have done business with Jennifer and staff several times in the past few years. They are more than courteous and fair. To say that I am satisfied is an understatement. They deserve ten stars. I plan to continue this excellent customer- business relationship between us. I highly recommend them. They have a good inventory on hand & watch out for their customers.

I have been dealing with this store for several years and I can honestly say whether I am needing a loan to get by until the next contract is paid or if I am buying tools,jewelry, or a gun I am treated with respect and a very professional and a happy to assist staff that is well knowledgeable in their guns,tools and any stock they have . Believe it when I, say no matter where you have been before, if you are going to buy a gun, tool, jewelry or possibly need a loan you will find NO OTHER LIKE THIS FRIENDLY GROUP HERE !!
