They are so patient, kind and they will work with you to get in a vehicle no matter what. I would recommend anyone to come here first. Even the atmosphere is awesome and comfortable. They are horrible please please yall believe the bad reviews they was not lien even the company guy who pose help u when something wrong wit car he dont care he never responds they swear they so busy but they not too busy to sell you a car that only runs for couple days if that ! They have service shop it goes through first and they will tell you its fixed an its really not they really just trying to make dollar i have two friends now who jus got car from them they had not had the car two week an it need oil change oil leak run hot ! But let them tell it! It goes to shop first so there for sombody not doing there job my car messed up the second day needed oil an its was nocking they put new motor in and its still making nose an it wany crank now its been in there shop 3 times since i got it now want crank at all , they want let you know the owner over the place either! Do Not Buy No Car From Them ! Some one needs to really investigate that place !

Great place to get a vehicle and top class staff I. Teamwork and helping each other. Walk in to get a vehicle and they help me out . Base on my down payment I was to get a great vehicle. Plus the team they had did push anything on me . Plus all this happen in the same day . From the time I walk in with the down payment to the test drive and signing paperwork. The team at Crown Auto work with me and each other .. Now tha was about 2 weeks ago and I still blessed that they helped with a vehicle that I needed . 🙏. Will go back and see if I can get a truck from them or SUV. What you a ee on the website are there at the lot . Will go back for one of the trucks. Thank you 😊 💓

Mr. Lee and Shawn are great men to help you with a car. I am a first time car buyer and I went to one dealership before them and they lead me wrong. Then when I got to Crown Auto Lee said I'm going to get you in a car today I was hesitant but I had already prayed for that day then I said let's do it. Lee and Shawn made it happen. My angels. Crown Auto I definitely give them 5stars Mr. Sibbett was phenomenal I was a honest & up front about the cars and everything ! The finance company they go thru on the other hand I give them 2stars because they were extra to the point I was gonna just say forget the car and go to a different dealership but after they received what the needed everything was great so I 5 star them too lol because they were only doing their jobs 💪🏽💯

No stars from me!!!! If I had to buy another car from them id walk 1st.... My car was purchased in 3/26/2022 and today is 6/14/2022 they gave me a "We Owe" for a noise coming from the suspension. Ive set up there for a total of 13 hours over 3 days and dropped the car off once a total of 4 visits and my car is getting worst ive called and called no progress at all matter of fact after the last visit the car now have a new noise coming from the back passenger tire.... The paperwork at purchase is a sham they not gonna work with u with transportation during their own failures.... And they will not sell you the car if u dnt sign the paperwork. Sayn that payment have nothing to do with services to the car and that they don't give loaner cars. I had to give 1 star just to post the reviews These people are the worst

It was nice buying a car from them lisa and Barr really helped me out and I could not be any happier and the cars are all great and they are very professional when it comes to helping customers I recommend anybody to go there if your looking for a good deal with some good people that will help u out getting a car
