Crossroads Bank Cass St, Wabash

Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Smug employees, up to and including the bank President Roger Cromer. We have both personal and business accounts and will be closing both. Treated very disrespectfully over a large deposit from an insurance claim. Even with verification they refused to credit our account and treated us like con artists. Don't waste your time on this bank.

It could be 15 cars in the drive thru, it could be 2 cars. I wait for no less than 20 minutes every time. Constantly having to send my stuff back after explaining to them to what I needed or wanted done. It's like the just listen to bits of what you say and assume the rest.

I've been with this bank for over 5 years and my boyfriend has been with this bank for about a year. We recently moved to Bloomington but kept our accounts open. We both had our debit cards stolen. Crossroads employees were very rude and unhelpful when we were trying to figure this situation out. They said nothing could be done unless we came to the bank (mind you we are 3 hours away and both work full time). I finally talked to someone named Heather and she was the only employee that worked with me to find a temporary solution until we could come to town. I appreciate her help, but not how I was treated by anyone else at this bank. We will be closing both our checking and savings accounts when we go to town again. I was trying to stay with small town banking, but it won't be with Crossroads ever again.

Bad experience overall with home loan services, they say one thing then do another. Can't mail in payments because they never get them. Have to physically take a check in every month. Also their ATM is down every time I try to use it.

I use to love this bank but the past couple years their customer service skills have declined horribly. Looking to switch soon.

The ladies in the drive thru always say Hi. Theu make deposits quick and easy. Their commerical loan officer I work with does a great job and is very responsive.

Always great service. Very clean inside. They know how to treat their people. Never have any problems with with account. My daughter is about to get her own account there and she is very happy. Great bank for all your needs.

This bank has went down badly since Mark retired. Hard to get ahold of any loan officers. One of the gals who answers the phone was as rude as they come. Used to recommend them for all banking needs but no longer.

An excellent local bank that is constantly growing. Awesome customer service and has a user-friendly mobile banking app.

Very helpful and generous bank. I have had many banks accounts but this is so far the finest to do my banking with.
