Working with Team Crosley was such a wonderful experience. They have such a knowledgeable team and worked so hard to make sure I could buy my hone with very little down and a wonderful rate. It’s easy to get a Mortgage, but once they have your business they will never return your phone calls or emails. The only way to contact them is to wait on hold for hours at a time. I will never use this company again.

Most of the team members at this company are downright amazing! Harrison was the absolute best, and I recommend everyone go see him! Our first initial loan processor was horrendous. She was terrible at responding to our emails/questions and ultimately pushed our file back to close a month later. Roxanne took over and has been AMAZING ever since. If only we got to work with her from the very beginning! Adam was great in giving us a courtesy call to apologize for the huge inconvenience the first loan processor had caused. Overall, if it hadn’t been for the huge hiccup, this would’ve been a speedy process!

Robert Tuttle was on top of his game. Provided us guidance every step of the way on how best to prepare for the loan process. Catie Stanton who was our processor was outstanding. She kept us informed every Tuesday right up to the very end. We are so happy and their guidance every step of the way made the process flow.

My case was especially complicated, and Team Crosley - Dana, Stella, Adam...all worked above and beyond to get all the paperwork together and submit it into multiple places. It took awhile because I changed programs right in the middle of the process, but they never gave up on me. They were patient and persistent, and we got a good rate for me, despite so many obstacles - including a pandemic which precluded any contact other than phone and computer. Bravo, guys!
