Our real estate agent recommended this place to us. I called to set an appointment and explained that we needed to get pre approved for a loan as soon as possible. They sent me a list of documents I needed to send. I sent those documents and also stopped by the office to have those documents scanned into their system. My appointments for consultations got rescheduled maybe three times, because I was “missing” documents or someone wasn’t gonna be at the office that day and ultimately because their “scanner broke down”. I was told they were gonna call once they had it fixed. It’s been about 2 weeks since I initially called to start this process and I still haven’t had a consultation. We basically weren’t taken serious at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ryan’s team was the best! They helped me get pre-approved same day to help me put in an offer. Ryan Brown and his team are just real good. There are several reasons why they are must use mortgage brokers. 1. They are Local. Local means you can physically meet. They know the properties they know the HOA’s. We don’t get last minute delays with them which you do with national companies. 2. They do their own under writing. This lets them get deals done quickly (under 7 day approvals at times ). It lets us compete with cash offers 3. I can get Ryan on the phone at night and after hours if need be. He also will call the other agent and it’s important to have those personal relationships 4. Ryan works with and the team process and everyone does their job and others are available if he gets tied up 5. He has relationships and a board of really good appraisers who know the local markets and act with a sense of urgency. We don’t get Apraiser‘s coming up from Miami Orlando who don’t know the area as well. 6. Lots of creative, up to the date, and intelligent solutions when things get difficult. 7. Ryan is a good guy with good moral character and is a pleasure to do business with

Cross Country Mortgage is an absolutely great company to buy a house with. From start to finish, I can say that the whole team knew what they were doing. My initial contact pretty much guaranteed he could have me in a house by the end of the year and it actually happened! Lol! Crazy!!! I’ve heard a saying not long ago, “your realtor is important but the mortgage team is the most important because they can make or break your deal.” It’s true. If you want a great process, one where they will tell you exactly what you need to do based off of your circumstances which will help you to get the house you’re qualified for and want, then definitely go with them. Pre approval 11/13, offer accepted 11/29, underwriting 12/3, ctc the following week and had a successful closing on 12/28/2021 with the keys in my hand and able to move in on my birthday, 12/31.
