If I could give a half star I would... and that would be generous. This business provides horrendous service. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Luckily we were able to find another mortgage company for a construction loan that provided top-line service. Once the broker I was using at CrossCountry Mortgage was asked to make a change to a document he refused to return phone calls and kept texting me that he would get back to me right after the closing he was in. I had this run around for two weeks before realizing the intent was to never return the messages in the first place.

My fiancé and I were searching for someone trustworthy to get our first mortgage with. When we met Glen we knew we were in good hands. There was never a time he was not available for our calls and worked around our hectic work schedule. He gave us the help and guidance we needed as first time buyers. If it wasn't for Glen we would have never been able to buy our first home while planning our upcoming wedding. We can't thank him and his team enough! We would definitely recommended them to any friends or family in need.

My fiancé and I purchased our first home with the help of Glen Lemeshev. As first time buyers Glen, Maria and their team made the process simple, informative and exciting. They were there for us every step of the way to answer all of our questions and help navigate us from beginning to end. We even got a lower rate than our bank offered us. Closing was ahead of time and everything was exactly as expected, if not better! I never thought that anyone could make the mortgage process so easy for us. We are forever grateful!!

As a former Marine, I came home from my tour and was ready to purchase my first home. I was recommended to Glen by a family member who had used him. I reached out to him, and I can honestly say that from that first phone call until the day I sat at the closing table that him and his team thoroughly explained everything that I needed to know. They all answered every question that I had and also explained each step of the process. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Lemeshev Team, but I will say that five stars isn’t enough for them.

They communicated with us throughout the entire process and we truly couldn’t have done this without them. We spoke with 5 different lenders and CrossCountry stood out from the rest with their customer service and rates.

Michael Massimi, the mortgage broker working for CrossCountry Mortgage in Old Bridge, has made a mistake and tried to cover it up with lies. Instead of doing the competent work, he assured us the we would get a loan and we proceeded with a contract to buy a house. We spent $650 on home inspection, $1000 on attorney, $350 on oil tank inspection and $600 on house appraisal only to learn that in the end the CrossCountry has rejected us. Before we learned about that, we also went ahead and cancelled our apartment lease and started packing. Since the loan origination was delayed by one month, the seller pushed us to pay $250 per day in delay fees. Of course, Michael Massimi has disappeared and couldn't get in touch for comment. We've lost a house and all the money. I can't recommend this broker and this company to anyone who is looking to get a mortgage.

Glen and his team were so helpful. They made obtaining a mortgage so easy and stress free. I live in FL and he was recommended to me by family in NJ. I am so thankful for their recommendation bc as a first time home buyer with less then perfect credit he really made my dream of owning a home come true. I was trying to buy a property in NJ. My broker referred me to Glen Lemeshev at Vanguard Funding. From the get-go, he was extremely prompt, polite, and sharp. When I first called him, he quickly took my information and gave me a quote. And within one day, he pre-approved me. My credit score wasn't ideal, and he was able to give me suggestions about how to potentially improve it, and he tried to present my loan application in the best possible (but still fair) light to lock in the lowest possible rate. Although due to various factors completely unrelated to my interaction with Glen, I decided to go with a different lender, I would absolutely contact Glen again if I were to purchase another home. I have also recommended my friends to him as well. Thanks Glen!
