I just closed on my house here. Basically signed paperwork, but they were very nice, professional and it's a pleasant office.

Was told I would be funded Friday the day I signed the papers at 4:30 that afternoon I was informed that "Cross Timbers" policy was No Transfers after 2pm. so I had to wait till Monday to receive payment.
