This reviews applies only to the GURLEY STREET LOCATION. I have been in there 3 times and I do a lot of business with this credit union. The current manager and staff are the most condescending, rude, snotty people I have EVER seen in the bank service industry. In fact one day the teller told me in a really rude way....get in the back of the line...after I had just walked in the door. I mean it is unbelievable to be treated so rudely. Not once have they ever greeted me as a normal human being and acknowledged me by saying : "Hello How are you ? " The manager is completely rude as well. I am appalled at how I was treated. I switched all of my money and business to another credit union. If you don't want to be treated like a human being go to this location. Appalling service.

I've always had very good service here (I go to the Gurley St. location), the tellers have always been very nice. I wish the parking was easier to get in an out of but that's just the drawback of being on a busy intersection. I also wish they had a few open hours on Saturdays, but it seems like not many people do their banking in person anymore so I'm not too surprised about that.

Went into the bank to setup a bank act and savings the manger was very nice and was very willing to help me. The only problem that I have is you can put money in the ATM that's a big thing for me. Other then that everything is going good.

Every time I go there everyone is kind friendly and helpful.
