This review is in relation to the customer service that was displayed at the corporate office. I spoke with Sandra, which hung up on me. They closed my debit card back in January due to fraudulent activity that had been happening over the course of 2 years. The charges were small and due to my error I didn't notice them until I seen some other items being charged. I closed the card and shredded it inside the banking center. They are now stating that I went back into the online banking and opened a card that I didn't have access to. An error occurred at the pharmacy and they charged the incorrect card, now they are holding me accountable for transactions that I reported as fraudulent in January. Since when can you go into reopen a closed debit card. I am definitely taking my business else where. I am also writing a letter to the board with my disgust with Credit union of Texas. The only reason I am giving them one star is because there is not an option for 0 stars. This is a repeated problem where these people are rude. Once of the young ladies at corporate had to go back and listen to one of the calls where the agent was horrible. I should have every right to dispute a transaction that I did not authorize regardless if they have been charging me for 2 years or 2 days. This is horrible service. I work for a credit union and if we treated people this way we would be without a job. I am currently formulating a letter to the board to make them aware of this.

Staff was super friendly and efficient. We were greeted by staff opening our doors and left with the same kind gesture. Annette was who we worked with and she was great, she thoroughly, but briefly explained the process of becoming a member, the loan process, etc. We were in and out and ready to go buy a car in 30 minutes.

I have attempted to go through the CUTX to make my payments or online never works. The service in bank is slow and you wait hours on the phone being passes around talking to different people and the outcome remains the same. I have had the same problems over and over. I have had money in the bank on automatic payment they have called me stating I’m late. I asked how is it late on automatic payment? We’re sorry we made a mistake. Banking should not be this difficult !!!!!!!! I am going to settle my accounts and never look back. To many mistakes!!!!!

The customer experience at the Ross Ave Brach has always been exceptional. Luis Albiter and Nancy Gutierrez provided great customer service. They were very courteous, helpful, and attentive. Luis and Nancy help make this branch the best in Dallas.

I have a HELOC with CUTX. The service leading up to the close was fast, personalized, and exceptional. After the loan closed, it was totally different. I feel like I became "just a number". You can't have a credit card for your HELOC. You can't make transfers online. You have to either call and experience LONG hold times. Or, you can go to a branch (the closest one is about 40 minutes away). That's it. Run into a problem with your wire transfer? Go to the back of the line and start over. I'm not impressed. This place desperately needs to double (or more) the number of telephone bankers. The folks are really friendly (when you finally get a hold of them) but clearly overworked and overwhelmed. EDIT: I'm upgrading to four stars based on the friendly, wonderful service provided by Tammy at the Desoto location this afternoon. Thanks and great work!

I went in with 2 issues with my card/account and a few questions. Luis was extremely helpful and friendly, he gave the best customer service experience that I’ve received at any bank not just CUTX. If you go here ask for Luis.

Member Relationship Specialist Moises Martinez-Hernandez helped me today open my first account with the Ross Avenue branch of the Credit Union of Texas. He was knowledgeable, professional, and I could tell that he cared about what products they offered that would benefit me the most. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had dealing with a financial institution and that is saying a lot. I left with a few business cards to give to my teacher friends and I will be endorsing working at this branch, especially with Mr. Martinez-Hernandez. He has great customer skills.

Recently had my father go into the hospital, and had to help out my family with money. Nothing like only being able to move my payment out two weeks and can't help me out with skipping payment just for this month to relieve some of the stress. I don't think I'll honestly being doing business with this bank anymore. crazy how heartless this place is. I mean I guess as long as your getting your money. It's pretty clear they do not care about their customers. I used to give recommendations to this credit union. I'm done with that.

Horrible customer service! If I knew how to give 0 stars I would! In less than 3 weeks. I referred 5 auto loans. As part of the promotion, I haven’t received compensation for any of them with the exception of 1! I’ve called to speak to customer service multiple times, with the intention of following up. One had an attitude that was terrible!! The others committed to calling back and never did. I wanted to fully transfer my banking over to CUTX but I’ll be taking my business to elsewhere.

I go in at 5 to get something notorized at 530 the first guy before me had been there since 430. There's 3 customer service people one has clients the other two have no one. For 30 min we watch them doing something but not helping people in the lobby. 4 people waiting after me. So the people waiting are you going to cut them off and tell them to go home at 6 after we've been waiting for over an hour or at the speed they were working is someone going to stay until 7 to help the people. I left. That absolutely unexceptionable. Nobody should be waiting for over a hour while two people are doing whatever. Let them stay after work and do whatever and help the people that pay your salary. Because without clients you don't have a business.....

I am a new member of Credit Union of Texas. Carlos Becerra in the auto loan department at the Allen, Texas location is AWESOME! He is courteous, professional and likable. Please contact him for your new or used car financial needs. You will be very pleased with his service. Since I live in Dallas, I went into the Ross Avenue location and was met by Nancy, one of the tellers. Nancy welcomed me with a huge smile. She and Eric were friendly and since I am not tech “savvy”, Nancy helped me download the CUTX app so I can start my on-line banking. I want to thank CUTX for hiring two friendly individuals. Kudos to CUTX!

The app they use doesn’t work or the online web, I can’t even log in to check my account , then you can’t use Zelle . I’m going to switch banks I dnt second using this credit union, go to another one.
