If I could give you zero stars I would. Actually negative stars. Absolute worst bank on the planet. I mean every word. Disrespectful to your face and not willing to go the extra mile for a soul. Pathetic excuse for a “bank”. Do not suggest even a savings account with these jokers.

Been with these guys since the 90s. Hasn't let me down yet. Cannot recommend them enough.

Requiring a two year prerequisite for a business account to be open is preposterous. As a new veteran owned and operated business that’s insulting. Why would I transfer to a bank after two years that would not take me at day one? Easy pass and loss of my future business.

Drive-thru has nice hours, early am & late hours. Most banks have more limited hours. Staff is fast & helpful. Lots of services, loans, money market, etc, are available.

Best place to do all banking hands down! Best staff, best member service, best rates! They have my best interest at heart.

I’m really disappointed with this credit union. They said we never submitted our insurance with them. I was paying $400 for my truck. My payment went up to $790 a month. Because someone didn’t do they’re job. On top of that I’m paying my regular car insurance which is another 450 almost $1,000 just because someone didn’t submit my insurance. I can’t believe a credit union can almost make me lose my truck. This is hurting me bad...

Used to be a great bank. Gradually as the bank started letting everyone in the customer service and bank services have started to slide. Not what they use to be, I used to really enjoy doing business with these guys but now feel they are not much different from the big banks.

Been banking with Credit Union of Colorado for about 4 years now. Since day one, I have received great customer service. I frequently visit here, and am cheerfully greeted by name.... nearly every single time. Not only is it a personable experience, but you also receive professional service as well. I highly recommend this bank/branch!

(UPDATE: this review was during a snow storm, and therefore under unusual circumstances. my experience was an isolated incident. I have changed my review from a 2 star to a 4 star.) I can never get a hold of a live person on the phone and there are frequent technical issues regarding the online banking. I should not have to drive down to the branch just to check my account balance. While in person I have had no problem with the customer service. I have no intention of doing business with this credit union in the future.

Medical Emergency and security unprofessional attitude. I have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)I went to sit down at the seats outside and was told by security that I couldn't sit there because its only for bank customers only. I explained to the security guard that I was having a medical emergency and just needed to eat something. His response was rather rude and unprofessional he said I could leave on my own or go to jail. (*for those of you that can relate you know just how quickly a low blood sugar event can happen I was on the verge of fainting) I was seeing spots and begged him just let me drink my Apple juice (quick and easy) he treated me like a vagrant!!! I got home and sent an email to Credit union of colorado and they too were unsympathetic to my medical condition. Please do not do business with a bank that doesn't care about the public. I have been a member for quite sometime.
