I had such a wonderful & positive experience today. I can not say enough good things about how well it went. I’m so excited to be doing my banking here. After being with my previous credit union since 1996, I was looking for a place in Vegas. I was well taken care of from the moment I walked in. Everything was explained to me. I know I’m in good hands and I’ve made the right choice. Thank you for your kindness and going above and beyond. I know I have many choices but feel comfortable with Credit Union One

My experience at the Credit Union has been Awesome! I haven't been there that long! The Customer Service is excellent! Also there is one person that stands out for me is Alexis Hanaoka! She help me with my transition from American First Credit Union to Credit Union1! She was happy to help me and with a smile! I want to say Thank You and how much appreciate her! I had a very positive experience with Credit Union 1. Working with my mortgage loan representative, Samuel was great. He was very prompt and receptive to my needs. Debbie, my loan processor was great as well. I would recommend Credit Union 1 to anyone who needs support as they go through the home loan process.

If I could leave a zero rating I would. We refinanced with Credit Union 1 last year as they are a sister credit union with our primary credit union, thinking the servcie would be the same excellent customer service we were accustomed to receiving. We could not have been more wrong. Since refinancing, 3 times our property taxes have not been paid. We have had to call to resolve the issue each time, and that has not been an easy task. On at least 2 occasions, my husband has asked to have an associate call him to permanently correct this problem with no phone call returned. In addition, the system upgrade terminated the link between the two credit unions, with no notification this might happen. This was only discovered when I went to pay the mortgage and the money wasn't there. I truly expected a better experience.

We are extremely satisfied with our recent dealings at Credit Union 1. Alexis Hanaoka was especially helpful walking us through some difficult procedures. We are so grateful for her skilled and professional assistance.

Alexis was very personable, friendly, and informative with the products available at Credit Union 1. She presented CDs (22 months at 2.25%) and introduced me to the high yield savings at 0.85%. There was a line at the counter. She assisted me with avoiding the line and printing out my statements. My transaction was completed in under 10 minutes. Thank you Alexis for your prompt assistance.

I worked with Natalya Suson to obtain a CU1 auto loan. She was very attentive, responsive and courteous in answering all of our concerns! Customer oriented and customer focus were at full display. A great representation for the CU1 organization.

Yvonne Toves is one of the best if not THE BEST! Representatives I've ever encountered! In fact, I don't think there are enough stars here... she deserves 1,000 more! I'm taking time to explain my experiences with her which is something I don't usually do but I was just so overwhelmed by her consistent effort to ensure my purchase of a vehicle was smooth and painless and she was very knowledgeable with her interactions with the dealer. I could clearly see the dealer was trying to get over on me with there pricing and the politics of selling me a vehicle but Yvonne stopped them at every corner with her knowledge and experience! Before my encounter with Yvonne, I was seriously contemplating going with the Federal Credit Union wondering if I may get more perks being with them but I completely changed my mind and decided to stay with Credit Union 1! This kind of treatment and care given to customers is very rare and literally makes me feel like family so to leave in my opinion after such wonderful service would be like leaving family! I could never turn my back on my family I don't care how many perks I could get elsewhere! Yvonne Toves is a shining example that one person can make a difference! I just want it to be known that from the bottom of my heart I appreciate her and her professionalism and her efforts on my behalf. She simply did not have to go out of her way to fight on my behalf. So, I received a call from Kristin Lamoreaux at Credit Union 1 about saving my husband and I money by refinancing our auto loans. I was skeptical to say the least, especially since we already had what we thought were really good rates. But I stand corrected! Kristian was beyond awesome in slashing our already low interest rates and saving us a significant amount of money each month. And the best part is that I felt like I was doing business with a friend. She is so knowledgable, and dependable. Every time I called Kristin she either answered or called me back within minutes and she was always able to answer my questions and believe me I had a lot of them. Branch Manager Ashley and the rest of the team at Credit Union 1 are fantastic!! Ashley has personally helped me navigate many of my banking needs and helped me in gaining a better understanding of banking procedures and processes. The mortgage department were also so helpful, professional, and extremely quick to get me approved and closed for a home loan and at a rate no other bank could meet. Any time I have a question or need, CU1 is quick to respond and answer. CU1 treats you like family!!

Hazel’s customer service was amazing She went above and beyond. I went in about a car loan and she was so helpful in explaining all my options to try to get me the best interest rate. She made very good recommendations that best fit my financial needs. I really appreciated her time and patience with me.

I have been a member of this credit union for long time yet never utilized their loans. I reached out for car loan and Jessica contacted me concerning getting started and she mentioned they could also do personal loan to refinance an egregious loan I had. Jessica was polite, professional and kept me informed through the application process for both. Upon approval for both she seamlessly transferred me Shanee who just as well was so nice, professional and explained every detail thoroughly. She was there when I needed via phone or email weekday and weekend and it didn't take too long from beginning to end. Such a joy and comfort going through process as this with those who care!!

I am very pleased with the service provided by Ms Yvonne Toves. I called in about loan options and she was very knowledgeable and informative and helped me decide on which product best fit my needs. Such a breath of fresh air to have someone who is not so focused on pressuring customers instead she made it very comfortable and was so empathetic to my needs. Highly recommended!
