They definitely talk a good one, very curious and respectful except the part they run your credit without your permission and ding -15 points for an unauthorized credit check. SMH......if you're not looking for a loan or refinance, don't talk to anyone who calls you; they always have tricks up their sleeves.

Horrible customer service! Stayed on hold for 36 minutes just to be transferred and put on hold for another 23 min., to get hung up on!!! I needed a simple Credit Suppliment Request for my mortgage lender to clear us to close. A 5 Min. task that took over an hour of wasted time to complete on the phone. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

This is a scam they run you’re credit and u don’t no who they are where did they even get my personal information. Am opening a whole investigation on them . Credit plus or who ever u are u guys are going to be in a big trouble

Credit Plus was used by my mortgage refinancer to confirm my current credit amounts on open accounts after the previous credit pulls were out of date. Christine had me on a conference call with the credit lenders in question to confirm the credit terms and balances and was nothing short of professional. All conversations required my confirmation of self and also my consent to disclose to Credit Plus who in turn will send the confirmation data to the mortgage refinancers. This was an easy experience to reach the final steps of my refinance.

It is all a scam! They call me up to 10 times a day when I have never seeked their services! I press 9 each time to be taken off the list but that does nothing! Scammers who don't want to earn money just steal it!

They sold my information to Quicken loans within 48 hours of submitting with another mortgage company. This is annoying and the exact reason why we need another 2008 to wipe these people off the earth. Low-bottom feeders.

I have applied for a mortgage assistance program. My lender could not explain to me why the credit score they had were so different from the scores I was seeing. After some research I called the reporting agency Credit Plus. Thank you Crystal for explaining this to me! It has helped me understand the difference. I feel I can make a more informed decision!

I am not for sure where all of the negativity is coming from. I was asked was it ok to run my credit. They keep me updated on what's next. I have no issues with this company.

I had to call more than once due to my call being dropped while on hold. Then once my call was answered I was transferred again and on hold for 38 minutes. This is not customer service but highway robbery. I need to have communications between my bank, Credit Plus, and me so I can close in a week .... without this coordination, I cannot close. How sad. As a consumer, I would never use nor recommend them for any reason. There are other more robust credit companies out there that treat their customers so much better.

I never authorized them to work my credit and they promoted my credit information and immediately affected my credit in a negative way to justify that I needed their services! God will erase them from the earth for scammers!

This company and all these credit Companies should be shutdown they are nothing but a ripoff and unreliable why does my credit score have to drop when someone checks it. These companies are nothing but a bunch of crooks. You dispute something and nothing is ever done and customer service is terrible

This company needs to be investigated by the authorities. Back in 2017, they while purchasing a home they ran my credit 5 times. I complained to them about it and they did absolutely nothing. On July 2020, I was refinancing my home and again I see they ran my credit 4 times, I called them and complained explaining to them that as long a mortgage company runs your credit within a 30 period it counts as one!!!!! Worst company ever. Im assuming they get paid more for every inquiry not caring for others credit.

Customer service rep was really short with me cutting me off basically rushing me off the phone I didn’t authorize this company or any company check my credit . I’ll be keep a close eye on my credit it was weird that she needed my social just to verify that they indeed checked my credit without permission

They checked my credit without my consent. I never gave them my SSN. Nor I gave them any personal information. I sent them an email and if they do not do anything I am going to report them.

I'm loving all of these reviews. As others have already stated, Credit Plus is not pulling your report without authorization (if they are, it means someone likely stole your identity and it's still not their fault that your report was pulled). If you've applied for a mortgage, your lender used Credit Plus to pull your report for the pre-qualification and if there's more than one, they likely pulled it again as a part of the final stages of the mortgage process (verification, because lenders don't want to see major changes before providing substantial financing for a mortgage). So, before you go full-****** and post a 1-star review, either call up your lender to see if they used Credit Plus, or freeze your reports and figure out how your identity was stolen, because those are the only two reasons there's a hard inquiry on your report.
