I've had nothing but a wonderful experience working with CLS. The customer service is friendly and efficient. The application, approval and funding process are super quick and hassle free. They approved me when no one else would, with barely a 530 credit score, gave me a great percentage rate and low payments. They have treated me like a valued customer from the start. I will definitely finance my next car through them and I recommend CLS.

Don’t be fooled by the four and below star rating, this company handles business. I was involved in a terrible accident and they still were willing to give me a loan after realizing the accident wasn’t my fault and that my insurance would pay out. I would like to personally thank Don for helping me with the matter and for making sure I was taking care of. Seriously paying on time and ahead will definitely guarantee good service at any credit lending company. Don stayed up on things and even when I call in, they always answer the phone on the first ring. Very good company and great customer service.

When it comes to CLS....there is one employee that I feel should be in charge of training his peers on how to be professional, courteous and making "me the customer feel as if I am of value"...and not just someone who owes them money....I am no longer in possession of the car , if I want to be recklessly irresponsible I could just say F paying...there rude when they call and show no compassion for what your going through....but like a gem...out of the roughness here comes this kind gem of a professional that gets me to pay my debt after the fact! Please if you deal with CLS ask for JAY! Shout out to JAY!

This is the worst loan company ever!!! They care about their payment then clients safety!!! I advise anyone to go somewhere else and avoid going to this place no matter if they accept bad credit it’s not worth it! They tell you lies and will lead you ON!!! AVOID THEM !!!!!! They talk to you rude and act like your nothing when they should value they customers

Everything was great at first when I financed my vehicle with CLS . I’ve never made a late payment. Now do to this covid 19 my hours at work was reduced to 24 hrs a week from 40 . I’ve called them several times to let them know way before my payment is due and they keep saying call back if I can’t make it by the due date and I was told the would defer a payment. So I called back today and had to explain my situation again and now they said they can’t defer my payment after I was told they would . This is really dirty of them they rather repo the vehicle instead of helping me out do to covid 19 which was out of my control . Then was told if I lost my job they would help .. what the hell !! My hours was cut from no fault of my own . How in the hell can someone pay utilities, rent and car payment on 24 hrs a week

I got a loan from them last year and they were the only ones that would help me out because of my bad credit. Now my credit is getting better. I will do business with them again. Thank you for helping me and my family.
