SCAM SCAM SCAM : BE CAUTIOUS this company will steal your money!!!!! I have been fighting for days after finding a 500 charge that was not mine on an account after leaving the state 4 months prior. Never sent a statement through mail ( said it was changed to paperless) Which I never did, Never had a phone call ( said that the number was removed from the account) Shocking, I also never did that. The balance is now 750 and their comments to me have been "Oh well you should have caught this sooner" Like are you kidding me!?!!!!! I didn't catch it because I left the state and destroyed the card. and I never was notified. I had 100% on time payments from previous transactions but this one went unpaid for 7 months and that wasn't a red flag? or a reason to contact me? I've asked them to dispute it, Was told nope can't do that either. As I have calmly expressed my level of frustrations with the situation the representative hangs up because this is a little to hard for them, and or they just don't want to do their job. I'm now seeking an attorney and legal advice to hopefully get this resolved. Again the company will find anyway to charge more, find ways to not notify you increasing large amounts of interest, not provide any customer service what's soever. All in all this is just a terrible company and as I have already started a claim with the BBB and contacting legal advice I will update this if anything changes! Hope this review helps others make a better decision than I did.

Predatory late fees but once you owe your initial $30 fee they call a bunch to collect it so you'll know you have to eat the **** and pay it to get them off your back. I usually deny any "in store" credit card thing but no annual fee and $20 off at Firestone did the trick. Had an unfortunate family tragedy and didn't make the initial payment (pay it off right away to actually gain the $20 rebate). Now I not only didn't get any savings, but paid more. If you're reading this after having received your first call and wondering "who the heck is this? A scam?" Just take your medicine and remember not to get in-store credit cards. A slight ding against your credit to save $20 shouldn't seem like the deal of a lifetime, you know better.

Scam SCAM Scam!!!! Don’t do it! My information was sold by credit first and firestone. I receive advertising in every single monthly statement I get emails now about deals on things like cremation Jimmy John’s or events at the casino. I have stopped going through firestone for my personal and business vehicles. This is not worth it you will pay more in interests , late fees…..fees for not using it ……fees for using it🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Customer service called to tell me I was charged a late fee because my posted check didn’t go through??? IT’S 2022 who uses checks, this month was the first month I paid through the portal on the website and now I have late fees and CHECKS not going through lmfao and that was all the information they could give me, no actually details. So now I have to start a fraud case because apparently someone is trying to pay me bills with bad checks😂😂😂😆 maybe it has something to do with them selling my information I guess we will find out.!!!

Decided to apply for the Firestone card and it was a great decision. Not 1 issue with this card. I purchased tires and got some work done a few times on my car during zero interest promotions. They gave me a nice credit limit and even increased it 2 days ago. All bills paid on time, no website issues, no rejections or phantom charges. Very satisfied...

I had the worst experience so far with this company. My car was at my dealership for some repairs, I called the customer service to check if I could use my card over there for payment and I was told yes. I then gave my approval to the dealership to proceed with repairs, knowing that the fee will be covered by my CFNA Card. When I went to pick up my car and pay the bill, the card was declined. I again called the customer service for someone else to tell me I can't use the card for payment because my dealership is not one of their partners. So I was there with $1100 bill in hand, and not able to pay because I didn't have any plan B. I was so embarrassed that I had to leave without the car. I was told CFNA managers were going to review the call where their agent told me I can use their card at my dealership for payment, and they were going to call me back. It's been a week now, no call received from them, no feedback. I guess they reviewed the call and found out that their agent did a poor job, and they just decided to abandon me to do whatever I can... Very disappointing !!!

CFNA loves to report inaccurate credit reporting info. Will be hiring a consumer attorney. HORRIBLE BANK! ALSO DOES NOT RESPOND TO OCC COMPLAINTS.

If I can give this company 0 stars I would! I paid off my CFNA card in full of $650. They then decided to keep withdrawing $650 for two additional days giving me a -$1,300 balance on my card and overdrawing my checking account that $1300. I called them and they said that because it was a lot of money, I needed to wait a full month before they would then issue me a check by mail. So my time a check would be mailed, deposited and cleared, I'm guessing 45 days total. Not acceptable. I had my bank handle it and they instantly credited my account the $650 and investigated the matters, reversing the charges from CFNA. THEN I check my account and CFNA has the nerve to charge me $27 as a penalty fee for returned payments! I called and told the rep that this was all CFNA's fault and I want that charge removed immediately. She said my account shows I had returned payments and this time they will "make an exception for me since they don't normally do this". REALLY?! I told her that this was their fault and there is no "exception" being made but instead they are fixing another issue they created. So we will see if that charge gets refunded (they claim it will) but I would put my money on it, since there is a balance this month, I'll be hit with bogus interest charges next month and be back on the phone with them. Honestly, if I have work done at Firestone again, I'll be paying with my Discover card and not this CFNA nonsense. Save yourself the headache, listen to the negative reviews and just find another way to pay without signing up for this terrible company!

I paid my bill of over $200 and there was an oversight of $12. They never informed me of this oversight nor made any attempt to inform me and therefore proceeded to reduce my credit limit which resulted in my credit score to fall 11points. When I asked how to fix this, they said they wouldnt fix it. They fought me on this. That was unfair and very unkind. Thats a tell tell sign that doing business with them will be nothing but troubles if you choose to have any type of financial relationship. I would steer away from them at all costs. Theres more fish in the sea. If youre a shop, this credit company will truly hurt your business. They will reflect badly on you. Dont recommend them. The nays have it. They can pay for positive reviews but its apparent the majority does not approve. And we all have a similar problem to mine in that they dont inform you of money due then hit your credit score unfairly.

BEWARE!! Their credit card is a scam! They purposely do not send you your bill so they can charge you late fees. I got my card through VA Tire & Auto. I have only had the card for a little over a year. I have already been charged two late fees. I was trying to take advantage of the supposed benefit of no interested fees for six months by breaking down my bill in to monthly installments but ended up getting screwed by them not sending me a bill. I could of paid the whole thing off, no problem! I just closed my account! Stay Away!!

Avoid getting a Firestone Credit Card at all costs. Cannot process payments no matter how you set them up, website doesn't work. I am continuously getting payments rejected, getting late fees, and CFNA reports delinquency to credit scores for their incompetence. Credit score has dropped 50 points because of them. I hate to be cynical, but I find this level of incompetency hard to believe, I think they might be out right crooks. I recommend if you make payments with them you do it with a debit card and eat the $4.95 convenience fee, and make them stay on the phone until it comes out of your account to avoid repercussions to your credit score.

Be aware! I didn't know I missed a payment till I checked my credit report. My credit report stated that my limit went from 2400 to 1800 which brought down my credit score by 100 points. The missed payment wasnt reported but my limit was which is confusing me as a customer. After calling customer service and asking about my credit limit was more confused on what happened. The rep put in a request to have my credit limit back at 2400 but it will be based on my credit score. But My score was lowered 100 points b/c this company reported my limit after 1 missed payment (which was paid that day). After being a customer for years and making on time payments, I missed 1 payment and that 1 payment caused my 100 points on my credit score and I was denied for my limit to return at 2400. If this company is willing to do this on an customer with excellent payment history for years imagine what else they will do! Now I see why they have very low reviews.
