When I first bought the car I had some issues because the mechanic would take longer than anticipated on the repairs, and my trunk was never fixed properly. I was supposed to get a new trunk and they ended up just taking out the dent and now I have trouble closing it. I decided to just leave it because I needed the car and the mechanic was not doing the job right. Other than that management and staff treated me well and worked with me when I couldn't make payments. I finally paid off the car and it runs smooth, so I'm glad that at least I have a sturdy car for a while even though the service I received from their mechanics in the beginning was horrible. I saw they have new mechanics now so hopefully no one will have a problem now. After a year and a half I am a happy customer and thank you for your service.

Ok... My experience at this place wasn't me buying a car. But my mother. And at first the guy (Allen) seem like he wanted to help my mom. So she bought an suv. It needed a few things like; passager side door lock, new speakers, new tires, new inspection, shock or strut, front defogger,transmission, grill , reverse lock,cruise control,4low (like i said a few things)All talked about at time of purchase. Well when it came time to fix the issues, all the sudden the speakers and tires aren't covered... And my mom is not a argumentative person and didn't say anything. ( I was there when she said about the tires and speakers and he said they don't do that here you'll have to take it to the service center) So after she called me crying about this I drove over to her house and I called 5 or 6 times from the same number and ring.. Ring... Ring.. To voicemail. Look if you have bad credit or whatever, there are so many other places better then Credit Connection to buy a car. Yes, their warranty sounds nice, but if you can't get them to do the work they say they will then what's the sense of buying the Platinum warranty. ( So they can get that extra money is why ) and not to mention there mechanics couldn't put a tricycle together. I mean honestly these guy are clueless when it come to there jobs. Or there just bubble gum mechanics that do what there told and dont really care about the saved of others. They sell you car that thet no the parts arent covered under the warranty. Lesson learned! I would not suggest you purchase a car from here. At least not at this dealership. They don't keep their word and all they are worried about is getting you trapped in those payments! My mom is 60 plus years old and look how they treated her. Do you really think they'll treat you any different? ... I don't recommend anyone buy a car from these guys. A man is as only good as his word.. And well you see where his (Allen's) word got my mother. Buying new speakers and tires out of her own pocket. These guys ain't much more then crooks.

Don't buy/pay for warranty, it's a waste of money, dealer don't take accountability when the warranty garage doesn't follow through with they're obligation responsibility. I paid extra for this warranty and got little no service. I feel someone owes or he should be reimburse for money paid on something that he didn't receive.

I put down a down payment and was told the car need to go through mechanical work then the quarantine happened which I get and the car couldn’t be fixed and inspected. Fine. But after we have been trying to be In constant contact about the car. Then we were told it was fixed and ready but couldn’t because they weren’t opened to the public. We since have been trying to get a refund and still nothing. First were told 3-5 days and then 7-10. Yet it’s the 10th day and nothing. Keep in mind when I put the down payment I didn’t even get to look inside the car or test drive it. At this point I am still waiting for my refund. If u couldn’t be in communication with me this entire time I can only imagine actually having to deal with them on a monthly bases. Due to this I have had to rent a car for 2 months which has now cost me $2000. Al the while other car dealerships were open and telling me to just go through them and yet now I have no $$$ to do so. This place is a nightmare !!!

Have bought cars from here for years. Very dependable vehicles and wonderful customer service. Anyone can buy a car from them. The amount you see on the windshield is exactly what you have to put down on the vehicle. No hidden fees, no credit checks. Have any and all types of vehicles to choose from. Go there!!

I put $900 down on a car, drove it 4 days and it broke down due to no oil pressure. Dealership tried to blame me and refused to give me back even half my down payment. Stay away from these guys, they’re con artists who WILL steal your money. If I could give 0 stars I would
