Very friendly people never had no complaints.

I don't believe they are even worth one star but had to just for a review. Rude and unprofessional service, even from the manager. I should have done more research when I obtained the small loan from them, however I lived and learned. I would never request any loans from here again.

Araceli is very selfish. She doesnt care about the well being of her employees. Makes them stay when they have blood all over the front of pants, running a 103 fever for several days, breaking out in hives. Shes allowed to go home when she feels dizzy or tired. Not at all an equal work place. She can have as many appointments a week at any time but everyone else can only do then rarely.

They are friendly, helpful staff is excellent they are easy to talk to and they answer all your questions we definitely went back

Some person from this place keeps calling me daily looking for someone who they claim used me as a reference. Told them I don't know the person but these clowns keep calling. Asked for a name and they wont give me their name. Very rude and talk over you when you explain they are harrassing someone who has no business with them. Going to have to file a police report for harrassment, and a complaint with the federal trade commission. The simple minded person who keeps calling doesnt seem to comprehend that I do not know the person they are calling for. Never did business with this place. Based on the multiple harrassing calls, I would stay away from this place.

Ive never applied for a loan but a friend told me to try this place. They had a quick answer on my application and they were able to help me. Would definitely recommend.

New management on Kostoryz is horrible. Can't pronounce my last name, I have to spell it to them like 50 times. Won't work with me even though I've been with them for at least 5 years. A new manager Came to my house screaming at me threatening to knock down my door to take away my collateral property. Blocking my drive way. Worst place to do business or get a loan.
