Horrible The interest is insane, they will continue to collect a debt from you even if the original creditors have no way to be contacted. They’ll tell you that if the creditor can’t collect the money it will go to the state as unclaimed money!! With everyone having one stars I believe them, cause they treated me the same way. They don’t do all they can to help, they’ll make it seem like they’ll settle for less but really don’t. When you speak to different people you will get different answers, sounds like their just a bunch of liars!!! It’s not just about being upset because their debt collectors but there just bad for business !! People Please keep leaving reviews so that you can’t help others to not to get in business with them and find a credit repair person to get debt removed

This company and the apartment complex illegally applied a debt to only me, and not the other renter. I received ONE letter after they already placed me in collections and NEVER heard from them again. I had to find their information on my credit report. Now I can't find a place to live until I pay this, and I have to handle getting half of it from the other renter.

I was sent to this collection agency for a bogus Dr. bill. I cannot believe that any credit bureau would not attempt to investigate the so-called charges before they contact the accused owing person. Not only is this Dr nowhere to be found, but when you call the phone number for this Dr, they are no longer accepting calls. Maybe you should have tried this option before you sent me a letter to pay you the money, plus interest. Really? With no Dr to be found, who really gets the money, plus the interest? You have the same information for this Dr that I have. You have my name, so I am sure you can find me in your system. Lets see if you are better than the bogus companies that send us to you for collection.

Don't pick up. They said I owed $200 to them and I don't even have a bank account nor do I know how to take out a loan. I don't pay any bills yet either so how TF could I owe someone money when I've never even borrowed any?

I just called this place to settle a collection they had on my account from 2013. They were very nice and respectful and are just trying to help people get their credit straightened out. I mentioned the poor reviews that are listed in Google and they understand why. The lady I spoke to mentioned that anyone who has a complaint about something that they believe is not "their fault" should contact this companies dispute department and they will do all they can to hep remove it.

These guys really are the lowest of the low. They accept unverified debt, they don't verify it themselves, they don't provide notice of collections activity, they either call you nonstop or they never call you once, depending which will do more damage to your life. This is the place slumlords, quacks, crooks, cons and swindlers hires to try to mess up the lives of people who have the misfortune of doing business with these criminals. Their staff break FDCPA multiple times on every engagement. They are rude, condescending, ignorant, low-rent, minimum-wage trash. Their management are greasy used car lemon salesmen who feed from the bottom of the pond. True scum of the earth, here.

Their web site says they do regular collection works as well as judgment recovery. When I called them they say they do judgment recovery only and collection work will depend on what type of transaction it is. They give out false information on their web site and then try to justify it by making up a story. Unreliable company to stay away for any collection service.

Great place to work... It's a debt collecting business so of course they won't be getting 5-star reviews from consumers 😆
