CPM Federal Credit Union - Greenville E Butler Rd, Greenville

I've been trying to get a auto loan for going on 4 days now after the bank told me it would be completed in 1 day. After going back and forth they continue to ask for more paper work and say they will return our call and never call back. This has been the most frustrating process ever. I have had to put my car on hold at the dealership and they refuse to hold it any longer. I can possible loose my car now because the bank delayed the process. I'm very upset although this bank has good interest rates the service is very disappointing.

Great Credit Union no fees for every little thing! And friendly helpful service! ;-) They are still the best to me I thought something was wrong with my account they assured me over the phone the everything was stills good.

I have been banking with CPM for 9 years. This week they have made 2 screw ups with my account by with-holding 2 different checks and one was deposited into my savings account when it was supposed to go into checking I was told they cannot transfer that check over into my checking account until the 6 day hold is released. The second incident wise a COMPANY check was deposited at the branch which had been electronically deposited for the last year. I was never notified that they decided to put a 10 day hold on the check from my employer. Same company, same amount, give or take a little, and then charged me $32 for every overdraft. I was assuming my money was there. This is absolutely ridiculous and has caused me much loss of money that should never have happened. I will ba taking every cent I have in savings and checking and banking elsewhere.

Have been with cpm since April 2019 And many years before. And they are a great credit union. I had to close because I relocated to Florida a few years back.

Not good I look for a credit union to look out for my best interest not rob me. I am not happy with their service and I will be closing out my accounts

Greatest Bank Ever. No fees for responsible banking, not even one! Jackie (manager) is very friendly and understanding. She has gone above and beyond to help me and my family. CPM gave me a great rate on my car loan and a line of credit that has help me raise my credit score to over 700 that was at 512 just 4 years ago! Thanks CPM! Dave

Do most everything online and that's fine, however the drive-through ATM is terrible! You can barely see the screen. Another issue is that you cannot do more than one transaction without having to swipe your card again, enter your pin and start over! Any other place I've done banking, your are able to do multiple transactions once you log in the first time. CPM needs to move into the current world of technology.

Best bank ever went to the atm hit 100$ cash back and it spits out 500$ awesome bank

My only problem with this credit Union is that it's lack of convenient location, as a matter of fact the lastlac locations period. I'm tired of having to drive all the way to Butler Rd or Greer whenever I need something taken care of.

Great bank overall had them for years as well the rest of my family
