Customer service was good very professional and nice didn’t have to wait all day for help or service I would recommend my friends in a New York second.

Amazing people, was greeted with warm welcome! Management is beyond helpful with any questions you have and if it's your first time getting a loan they walk you threw step by step making sure you understand everrything. Deffently would recommend 10/10!!!!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I have constant reminders about how much cash I have available 🤣🤣🤣. Definitely a love/ hate relationship in the best way. Highly recommended 💯💯💯

I called covington credit in atmore expecting to hear what I have so many times before.. no ma'am. Sorry at this time we can't help you...and so on... Mrs. Courtney and Mrs. Stephanie... not only did they not take very long to call me back ... they said .. yes.. come on down to the store bring a few documents needed sign your papers and receive your money.. even all the way down there I still thought when I got there it would be different .. I was wrong... very very wrong. Not only did they go above and beyond.. they even stayed a little late.. I accidentally left at home a piece of mail I needed ..allowing me to make the calls and have sent to me what I left and needed.. while the whole time comforting me allowing me to know it was ok and they were fine and in no rush at that moment. These two ladies ... this branch .. amazing.. a asset to covington credit... Mrs Courtney and Mrs Stephanie both deserve a raise. They got me approved when nonone else could and all within less then half a day. This place these ladies .. I recommend to everyone. Make sure u go to the Atmore branch on church street in the same shopping plaza as state line pawn shop. Again Mrs Courtney and Mrs Stephanie thank you so so very much.
