I went in to pay my grandmothers bill and my loan specialist was Missy. I tried getting information on her account but the the girl told me she didn’t see my name on the account and went to the file cabinet to check in the file. She came back and apologized to me and told me that I was unable to obtain any account information because anyone who enters into a loan agreement sign documents stating that their information wouldn’t be shared with any 3rd party affiliates. This is the first place that I paid my grandmothers bill that actually didn’t tell her business. My grandmother decided to finish out her a they accounts without getting money back and just to keep her account ongoing with Covington. That place needed the two new people there. Good job

I have been trying to pay my loans off since yesterday to keep from having to pay extra interest. I spoke with Ed yesterday afternoon, he said that he was really busy and that he would call me before they closed yesterday at 5:30 pm. I had to call back at 5:31 pm and he said that he was still busy so he would definitely call me back before 6 pm and if not that he had my info wrote down and he would call me first thing this morning and my payoff would be the same today with no extra interest. It is 1:25 pm and I still haven’t received a call back. I have been at work this morning, I have to get some sleep because I work night shift also, so I can’t keep waiting by the phone this afternoon, when this was supposed to already have been handled. I have called twice with no answer today. Very frustrating!!!
