CoVantage Credit Union 6th Ave, Antigo

Have you ever been in a tough situation, have you ever felt like no one cares, have you just been in a impossible situation? I have had to deal with banks and credit unions all my life but out of all the years I have dealt with any type of banking institutions I haven't ever been treated so respectfully or kind in all my life by any banking institution. See I am disabled for life because I was badly hurt on the job. Most banks only treat those with a lot of money but not Co-Vantage, it is amazing just how polite and kind most of all the employees are at CO-VANTAGE.. What I love most is this credit union doesn't mind if you ask questions or if you have concerns. Thank you all.

After two years we are closing our checking and savings accounts. I have reached my limit this morning as CoVantage is suspending their lobby access again!!! I will be moving my accounts to Chase as they remained open this entire fear demi and are willing to support their customers.. I will not support a company who supports fear and adding strain to our states recovery.

Overall good bank but the higher ups Schwan and another lady Jodi were very rude to me and keep talking down to me like I'm a child I have a personal and a business account there currently that I'm trying to close and they are giving me a very hard time about it and being very rude they will not answer my questions and I was told they dont have time for me and are not going to explain anything to me because I'm just wasting their time!!!! Very disappointed

Terrible customer service. Hands down the worst credit union I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

I have been a member for over 40 years. Every person I have ever spoken to has been pleasant and efficient, even though I have moved away from the area and now live in Arizona. That means all of my contact has been by phone. I really appreciate being a member of Covantage Credit Union.

Closed my account without notice. Paid it off right away, now they are saying they won’t remove it from my credit report

Just trash tired of my hard earned money being pulled before I can even know what's going on

I'd rate higher but seeing as their actual BANK does not open until 8:30 and they fail to mention that on the hours. They do however give very good services and everyone I have dealt with has been wonderful.

Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, but very picky bank on who gets loans.
