I have now complete 4 mortgages with Ana-Lisa at Cousins home lending. A new mortgage . A partnership buyout refi, an investment property, and another refi. Clearly I like doing business with them because there is nothing like dealing with a local business. It's just better in so many facets. She actually beat Rocket mortgage's rate on my last refinance. I also want my dollars to circulate in my local community and when I can find such great service matched with competitive rates, why would I send my money to a conglomerate in Arizona?. There's obviously a lot of paperwork involved with this stuff and she called me personally to walk me through something I was just not getting. They also have a new website to upload your docs which is comparable to the big box mortgage shops so it is very convenient. I have been very happy and I say you should give them a shot. A real human answers the phone!! Good luck finding that elsewhere.
