Lisa Simpson was the best professional help I’ve ever had at making a loan go through. I’ve had several loans over my lifetime but she has been the most courteous, knowledgeable, well spoken, understanding, compassionate individual in her field that I have ever worked with. She saved my life because if it hadn’t been for her, I would’ve never received the financial backing I needed to push my small business to its full potential and I would be devastated and living with my parents again because my business would’ve shut down. She provided the help I needed when I needed it the most to be able to provide the quality services my clients deserve. Great customer service, easy to approval! Jessica is my favorite there, friendly and always willing to help and see what she can do to help. They definitely made my experience easier then any other loan place and they always take care of my needs and see what's best for me.

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Employees know me by name and are always very accommodating. Store is always clean, and always have something for my 7 year old to do while waiting.

The courtesy I have recieved by the staff in Fort Oglethorpe is perfect. I have been with them for several years (I think 5 years or so) and 3 loans by them, soon to pay off another, never had any problems. Furthermore, this team of people will work with you as best as they can with the utmost respectful, kind and supportive team they are. They do the appropriate decision making as possible to get you close to what you need. As a customer, you should only get what you need to financially help your situation and not bare on what you want. Great people and I love to speak with them each time I call and make my payment. This time, I want to make a personal appearance to show them how greatful it is to have them.
