Sold a tv and some games.I like this place, the people are nice, welcoming, and first impression was good. Pawn shops are often stereotyped and a lot of them have bad reputations. Not this one, felt comfortable being here

Pawn Shops don't typically attract women, but this one does! Lots of super nice & interesting jewelry! Tons of guns - rifles, shotguns, revolvers & semi autos. Guitars, tools (so many!!!), electronics - anything you could imagine! Shop is super clean and it's obvious that everyone who works there cares about the customers and the shop. Wes & Shannon own the place and work alongside Thomas, Kelly and Jim to make sure their customers are treated and respected like family. Love cruising the aisles and displays looking for deals! I have been a customer of County Line Pawn for many years now. Wes always treats me well and gives me fair prices on jewelry, tools and guns. I have guns transferred to his shop for pick up and it has always gone smoothly.

Best experience I’ve had from a store in a long time! Amazing and very knowledgeable staff. Thomas Barber took his time on my gun that I brought in for cleaning and got it field ready for me in no time. Genuinely cared about helping with the situation and I also got a good look at there AMAZING gun selection while I was there too. I will never go elsewhere for my gun needs. A must visit!

These guys care about their customers, period. The first time I ever came here I was treated like family... it means a lot and is lost on many other businesses. I have purchased guns from them and even had an FFL transfer that I came to pick up when they were closing and the guys stayed late to make it happen. These guys are good and they are the first place I recommend when friends/family are looking for guns.

The employees are knowledgeable of all the items in the shop and any brought in by costumers. If you are looking for something and it is not in the store they will contact you if a similar item comes in. It is also a great place to pawn or sell items to make some pocket $$.

Wes, one of the owners is a liar and charlatan. He comes across as friendly, open, and empathetic. He understands that hardships caused you to come in and they are there to help. He asked permission to call to me so would remind me of the deadline to claim my property. THE CALL NEVER CAME . I was charged the standard $125 in interest and another $125 for being 11 hrs past the pick up time. When I tried to reason with him, all compassion was gone. He was cold and indifferent and unmoved by my emotional distress. His employee, father, and personal visitors looked on while I stood there distraught. "It's a business" ..he says.What happened to the person that showed me pictures of his dog? The person that shared stories of his family vacation? He said he'd be willing to work with me. .and was glad he was able to help? I PAID for a valuable lesson. Never do business with someone that presents themselves as a solution to your misfortune. Clearly, they intend to gain from it. Ignore the kind words. .that's how I got pulled in. Beware of the Hyena (After catching their prey, spotted hyenas celebrate by making a sound like a laugh.) Our original transaction ended with smiles and laughter. I implore you to consider ALL OTHER OPTIONS before pawning or selling your hearts treasures to THEM.
