The owner is known in the car business as Honest Ernie, not the usual nick name for a "used car dealer" After spending 5 minutes with Ernie or his staff, you will quickly understand why. I am often in their store and its a clean well organized area, they have a large ASE certified service facility and body shop on site. (Never buy from a dealer without a service garage.) They have a wide variety of inventory more work/cargo vans than any dealer I know and they are always willing to help someone with a job. County Car Credit is the only place I will go when I need a vehicle.

I was going to buy from them but van I test drove needed & they refused to replace it. They said their mechanics didn't find any issues with it. The truth is they want u to sign contract so they can put cost onto me. Their typical lying salesmen. They want u to trust them but they don't trust you. They want u to pay extra for their junk.

Company I really can’t say that they are actually legit I don’t understand why a company like this is actually a fake dealer I bout a 2009 Pontiac the workers at this place are very picky when dealing with words ov that don’t make any type of sense when I tried to to get a payoff on my vehicle this company added $100 to the already contracted price how can u be a auto dealer and can get away with not showing a car fax report I don’t thinks that should not be a dealer like this to be able to sell a car with out a car fax report u know it’s all about the mean green with these thirst bottles I fill that if u buy a car from these hand me down dealers there should be ordered to get a echeck on any vechile they sell they have no human respect for anyone now I called this company Saturday they said they closed at 1:00 pm I called at 1:30in the afternoon there were closed I thought Saturday were still business days not half ov day maybe in a perfect world that would be a problem butt I see that this side kick in the neck car sales are not real I asked this. Company for a full refund because my current vehicle was in a car acceident in 2012 now this company never told me it my co-signer nothing about the accident I should rev a full refund after all these lies Iv been told the salesman told me and my co-signer that if we decide to pay off the car early the amount over 3grand would pay it off early no repayment pentallies fir paying off early we took the current vehicle to trade it in the sakes people at this ccc auto sales told the place I was going to trade the car into that they never heard or where me and my co-signer got that bum from it’s mighty funny we’ve have been paying the note as agreed the company has now stopped reporting to the credit Beuareus they have not reported any scores to our credit sense dec ov last year this sounds like there not a legit company how can u fiancé a auto butt u can’t provide documents with something saying they are reporting as agreed I find that very funny it’s a unprofessional to sell a car then not even tell the consumer or even show the a consumer a car fax report they might try to now knowing that they didn’t not do it when me and my co-signer asked for one it’s crazy how u can get to this places to earn give them business and they act like there so Better than other dealers I know for a fact it’s not right that they can get away with nonsense like this my advice go pass this dealer it’s something that they are keeping hide ov the truth about how they operate so don’t stop there it’s a waste ov time Frfr.Ok the company car county credit has triggered the gps system on my car the company has no respect for any other humans the purposedly activated the gps tracking system to get back at the consumer the car didn't start after 5:00 pm yesterday the vehcile was running fine until the company got called for a payoff the vechile is still being priced at $6,765 iv made 10 payments off$320.00 the company has been activating the gps off and on over the last 10 months the company has also been running our credit report without asking for our authoraztion so don't not I repeat do not go to this company the company does not even report to the credit buearu like they agreed the company is poor in cummincating iv updated my address as 4 or 5 months ago the company thought being African American they claim they needed the address we're the car was located I told the wanna be sales rep they need to check the computers about it they checked and guess what it was the same address they had was they picked the car up from the car actually was leaking oil I hop they don't do this to anyone else I'm disabled visually impaired and they thought we were going to say them $12,000 dollars for a car worth only 1,000 this scumb need to be shut down the company is not even a credited business threw the ftc or the consumers affairs divison so don't give this company no business they need to stop lying and scimming on the less forturenrt disabled humans thru don't care I have to send my own bank statements

Definitely wouldn't shop here they are not true to their word and will give you the run around

Best place to buy a decent vehicle, they may have higher miles but they are dependable and come with a bumper to bumper warranty. And a great way to re-establish your credit! I've had my vehicle 5 years and no major issues

I bought a grand prix from here, my new job caused me to commute from cleveland to columbus and i needed a different vehical than my conversion van. Ernest helped me get into the grand prix when others said i needed the time on job. A car is a car, there are good and bad ones out there. If you want a perfect one, good luck. People cant even get that new. Ernest was honest with me, i saw the issues that needed correcting and fixed them. My point is he's honest and didnt hold back. I knew what to look for and got a great car at a great price, and will buy one again from ernest when the time comes. They are very helpful..

My wife and i have got two cars from. Its a good place to buy a car from. Some other people might not of been happy. Can't please everyone. I think there a good place to buy a car!

I bought a car from here 9 months ago and I haven’t had any major issues so far also my credit score has shot up almost 100 points

Doing that repair in the bathroom and fixing all that stuff that was wrong I was there meeting with Dave and doing the bathroom repair for 2 hrs Friday and it took me from 6pm to 8 pm Saturday to fix Evans stuff so it was about 4 hrs total
