I can't say enough good things about Landon and Corridor. I was looking for another hard money lender and I believe I found it. They respond very quickly are really easy to deal with and go above and beyond to get you anything you need. Great people and I will be doing more business in the future.

One star is too much. I have a signed rate lock refi in place and just now get a text that Corridor and its “owners” will not honor this. Landon sends me a new term sheet: “this is the best we can do.” Do not work with Corridor. The market has and is changing. Apparently so do Corridor’s values and ethics. Poorly reflects on this lender’s team and ownership.

I have been using Corridor for the last couple years and have never looked back to my old lender. My main point of contact is Brian Jackson and he is about as professional and prompt as they come. Always a pleasure to work with and he is also very personable, which I also like. He and I have built a solid business relationship and treats me like a friend rather than just a client. To date, Brian and his team have either met or beat any deadline in which I have given them and as we all know, being prompt and efficient can make or break a deal in this industry. I would recommend Brian and corridor funding to any investor looking to engage in real estate no matter which exit strategy they intend to use.

I must say this is the Best lender i have worked with! Dan Hardy walked me thru my refinance property step for step! I also came back to him and wanted to do a construction loan..i was missing a few steps and he took the time to guide me on how to get in line to get approved!
