Cornhusker Bank O St, Lincoln

I have banked at Cornhusker Bank for several years. They do paper shredding on Wednesday’s. The gentlemen at the drive-in window will come out, take the box out of your car and carry it into the bank to shred. You can just drive away! Great Customer Service! I would not bank anywhere else in Lincoln!

I have truly appreciated the customer service at Cornhusker Bank. Starting with our home mortgage and recent refinance to opening a new business checking account, I feel that we are valued as customers.

I originally went to Cornhusker bank to refinance our mortgage (so we could drop PMI) as they had the lowest rates at the time. Every time I check, Cornhusker still has mortgage rates lower than the other banks in town. They also have a power checking account that pays 3.45% interest, which is astronomically high; higher than most savings accounts. That's when I decided to switch all my banking over to Cornhusker from Wells Fargo (who I had been looking to ditch for quite some time). PLUS there's a network of ATMs you can use across the country with no fees. AND this branch specifically is great because they have candy and hot chocolate and my daughter really likes to go in and sit on the couch by the fireplace or in the kids area while she has a treat. It's even a local institution! There is absolutely not a bad thing I can say about Cornhusker bank. They even put on a free kids carnival every summer.

I went to this bank to change $10 bill in quarters. One of the cashiers Relly requested my ID. My husband had same request 2 weeks ago without showed his ID. I believe this young lady has prejuice and discrimination problems.That's really bad for any recognized organization. 😒

Am very disappointed to learn that there is a fee to transfer money between my accounts at different institutions. Other banks do not charge to transfer funds from one bank to another when they are in the same name. I guess its time to change banks.

Cornhusker Bank is a leading example in the community as to what makes a good bank. They have the friendliest staff, they are well trained, get you the correct answers and in a timely manner, and can assist with everything thrown their way. They do a lot for the city of Lincoln and it’s awesome that they are starting to expand into Omaha as well. They learn your name, they go the extra mile, they treat people with respect and I am so happy I chose to bank with them! Definitely check them out!

I had the most horrible banking experience with cornhusker they made me feel unwelcome and basically made me not want to go to my own bank (cornhusker) to cash or deposit my money it was like I had to do what they wanted me to do with my checks and account they made me feel like I was a teenage kid again and had the most disrespectful judgmental strick never worried about doing there job for you but went above and beyond to preye in to what customer is doing to earn a living and make a paycheck to the bank and deposit it I got grilled every

We switched our mortgage over to Cornhusker Bank from Wells Fargo for their attractive rates and the fact I've heard they do a great job from friends. While the rate is good, everything else is not what we expected. It's been almost a year since our conversion and they still don't have our title done correctly despite us following up with them each month. And they routinely seem to mess up our mortgage payments as none of the tellers seem to know how to process putting extra money towards your escrow... yes, Cornhusker Bank does NOT allow you to do this simple thing online like just about every other bank does. And I haven't even gotten into how unfriendly some of the staff and management can be. Very disappointed so far, hopefully they get this all figured out at some point, or we may have to take our business elsewhere.
