My fiancé and I are first time home buyers, so it was a little nerve wrecking to start the process. Also given the fact that we are very young a lot of businesses don’t take us serious when we walk in a lot of times and they try to take advantage of our inexperience. But Joel and Maggie made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process not once did we feel like we were being taken advantage of or given misleading information. They always explained everything very thoroughly to us always made sure we understood what was going on. We were able to ask them any and all the questions we had without any discomfort. The market was rough when we were looking so we saw a lot of houses that we loved and went quick but at the end we were able to get the perfect house for us in the area that we wanted it. They also worked with our schedule very well so that me and my fiancé could both go see the houses. We are very grateful to Maggie and Joel and very happy with how everything was handled.
