Vicki Kropp at the DePere location was extremely helpful during my first solo home buying experience. She is very experienced and does her job well. From the beginning, she made me feel comfortable and at ease with the mortgage process. She took the time and care to explain my options and gracious when addressing any questions or concerns I had (there were several). We encountered a big hurdle along the way, and Vicki faced it for me head on and was patient through the whole ordeal.
