I initially started my process with the head individual Danny and later was transferred to Ari. I had a a lot of email exchanges and a few phone calls. My families process was not simple in which they knew about. After a few months of discussion of credits and finances etc... We wanted to meet and the meeting was always pushed back or i never received a response on when they were available. I felt like i was not a priority on their list of customers. Overall their staff is very friendly but i did not feel that i was supported as a first time home buyer. In the end I went to a different broker and closed our first home a week ago after working with him in a month and a half. I hope they will take every customer seriously and if its not a good fit i hope they can express that. They came highly recommended.

Danny Tokar and his team are true professionals. I dealt with my personal bank & a supposed top broker and somehow Danny Tokar was able to get us the best rate. The biggest stand out in dealing with Danny and his team was the constant communication and always returning calls & emails. We never waited more then 2 hours without getting a response from their office. Closing was set up with the top title attorney (Danny Cohen) in Plantation and I couldn't have been happier with how our entire closing process went. There were no hidden suprises and all questions and concerns were addressed. My mortgage is still with Conerstone Lending a year later now and I have had no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend!
