Their whole staff is kind and helpful. They want to make the process easy for you, updating you constantly on your home’s status. I never had to reach out to wonder what was happening on their end. They are very proactive and thorough with communication. Great experience.

Justin Cotton and his team continually communicated in writing letting me know every time their was a status change with the mortgage going through the approval process. Wow, I have purchased 5 previous homes and without a doubt Dio's team made this the easiest process I have ever had. I have dealt with lenders who have taken 2 months to close, and pestered me repeatedly for paperwork i had already submitted to them. Not Cornerstone!. They were by far the best company to deal with. Very upfront with closing costs and I didn't have any questions at all. We did everything online and I never had to step foot in their office. Justin, Haley, and team have been so helpful. We purchased a home in April 2020 and they let us know that there were options to save us money just a year later. We just finished the refinance of our home and the process went very smooth. We closed on time, both times. They have tools like Home Bot, Total Cost Analysis, etc that keep track of your home and let you know what your investment is looking like.
