I recently has had a great experience with Cornerstone Lending. Got mortgage for our new property in time (actually - few days early, which allowed early closing). Ilya (the agent I worked with) was able to solve a couple of non-standard questions, related to compensation structure from my employer. Short story - highly recommend!
