I had a great experience working with Chandra and her team (Lindsay and Emma). They care about the client. From the beginning, Chandra tried to educate me on the process, which was super helpful. They were very responsive and always there to answer all my questions. As a first-time home buyer, I had many stupid questions (that I realized later), but they were patient enough to answer all my questions. Chandra, Lindsay, and Emma were absolutely wonderful to us! Between buying our first home last year to refinancing our loan this year, they were top notch with everything! One of the biggest things for me is communication and they knocked it out of the park with that. We knew every little thing that was going on during the whole process. I had the pleasure of working with Chandra Beach team. Chandra and her team were incredibly helpful every step of the way. As a first time house buyer, I never had any doubt whatsoever that I was being taken care of. The first time I met with Chandra at the Cornerstone office I was greeted warmly and I knew how much her and her team valued their customers. That is what makes them the best...how much they care about you. The team also gave me weekly updates during my loan process. Every Friday I knew I was going to get a call or email updating me on my status and what they had done. I will certainly recommend them to any friends or family that will need home lending in the future.

Chandra and her team were amazing! I started the home buying process in January. With it being a pandemic and a crazy market, the process was a lot slower than I first expected. Through my 8 month search, Chandra's team did a a great job taking care of the lending process and answering any and all questions I had. I'm a busy teacher and I would sometimes be slow to respond, but this team was very patient and very professional the entire time! I also really appreciated the new homebuyer class they had me take and their weekly emails leading up to my closing day to make sure I had everything in order. Highly recommend!

The thought of purchasing a new home during a Pandemic can be extremely stressful to even think about. Having purchased previous homes, it was hard to imagine how everything that needed to happen could and would get done. But Chandra Beach's team at Cornerstone exceeded all our expectations. The communication is the best I have ever experienced. They kept us advised of what was coming, what was needed, where we were in the process and we even closed earlier than expected. If I had a question I could call and talk with someone or send an email and get a response within the same day and lots of times within the hour. You wouldn't think that the lending side of buying a home would be the easiest part of the transaction but with these ladies it certainly is. We are moving from Denver, Colorado to Bella Vista and received such excellent communication from these ladies. We were originally working with our lender from Colorado and were not having good luck with him. Chandra got to work quickly to get us what we needed. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We then worked with Julie through the remainder of our transaction and she was absolutely amazing. Thank you ladies!
