We started off with another mortgage lender for pre-approval. The realtor sent him our way, within five minutes of talking with him and seeing him work , we knew we wanted to work with him for our loan. This continued throughout the whole loan process. He was able to get us the loan approved, with being self employed, and closed within the 30 days of the offer.
