Core Mortgage and Erik were great to work with. I was looking for multiple options and they assisted me to find the best lender possible. I was pleased with Erik and his professionalism, attention to our needs for a quick closing. He provided excellent customer services. Stacy our loan processor seemed to be two steps behind at every turn. While she was very nice she seemed to be unaware of our current status along the way. Over all a great experience. I have recommended core already to another family friend who is currently looking to relocate.

Core Mortgage Services worked hard for me! This company went above and beyond to make sure I got to closing, which was no easy task to due a complicated pregnancy delivery. Wendy and Stacey were easy to work with, helped me through the process, explained everything well, and answered all my questions as they came up. Brittany was great to deal with. Always very responsive when it came to emailing and very thorough with what she needed from us as far as documents. Wendy Clemson at Core Mortgage Services is absolutely fantastic to work with! We had some challenges when working with Rocket Mortgage. Wendy at Core Mortgage was recommended to us by our realtor. She was able to work with us to find a workable solution for some of the challenges we were facing, and was able to get us a mortgage that was better than what we were originally expecting. In addition, I felt like I was being treated as a person instead of a number. Purchasing our new home was a major moment in my family's life, and Wendy never lost sight of that. She was very upfront with us on what our expectations should be and what we needed to do, and if we encountered an issue that needed to be resolved she got back to us immediately. Refinancing my mortgage from start to finish was a very quick and easy process. Brittany handled the process and answered any and all questions that my wife and I had. Couldn’t have been more pleased. I remember how hard everything was many years ago when I got my first mortgage, how much footwork I needed to do and how many times I needed to drop or sign paperwork at an office. Other than meeting at an office for final closing signings, everything else was done quickly and easily through emails

Core Mortgage was AMAZING to work with, the entire team was attentive, committed and so helpful in the process of transferring/ refinancing my mother's home. They answered all my questions, and made the process easier than I ever thought it could be. They are also really knowledgable, and work hard to find you the best and most affordable options for you in whatever they are helping with. Erik really helped us when we didn't feel like there was any hope of us getting approved for a mortgage for a house that we would actually want. But he did just that! He also made things so easy for us! Erik and Core Mortgage gave us hope when we were running out of it! Highly recommend!

I will start by saying that without Brittany Summers I would not have been able to accomplish my dream/goal of buying a home.
