Mrs Ford was awesome in responding and taking care of my transfer to refinance my other vehicle with Cooperative Teachers Credit Union. She was precise and timely as well as she knew what I wanted. The refinance was Awesoome!

My review is for the app. You finally made it better, lots of great updates that finally work, but can you please fix the atm locations? I drove to 3 of your listed atm locations and none exist.

Every time I've visited the credit union I've been happily greeted and helped promptly. The people are kind, informative and willing to help. Definitely a place to consider for all your banking needs. Also, I have 2 youth CD's and youth savings accounts for my young kids. They both enjoy being part of the kids club and watching their money grow!

Got a car financed here and they changed the rate 3 times, even after they confirmed it, got it approved, and I was home with the car. Customer service is a joke here. The online account service is pointless and you can't do anything through it.

Leticia is a wonderful lady and would highly recommend her with any of your banking needs. I have been doing business with CTCUI for several years and they are consistant when it comes to business ethics and great customer servcie. I would not go anywhere else.

Love them! Been with Teachers Credit Union since I was 16. Have gotten both of my cars with them. April, Natalie, Shalonda and Latisa have been phenomenal whenever I call. Keep up the good job ladies. You rock!!

I was hired to work as a MLA mortgage loan advisor. I had no previous experience although I did close 4 loans. They run you through a course to teach you the ins and outs then refer you to look up answers yourself while working live. They never registered my NMLS # but said that was my fault...I went online and got the number and never heard of what I was to do next or anything. They lie about how honest and family oriented they are to make you feel welcome. HR wants to ask you to confide in them only to stab you in the back with what knowledge you give. Right as you start learning the job the pull your legs out from under you. They set you up for failure. Horrible pay...terrible management and just a bad experience.

This was the most positive experience I’ve had at a banking institution. They we so considerate, helpful and professional. Parker wasn’t put off at all with all my questions, and as a result of his concern for my needs, I’m closing our accounts at another bank and only doing business with CTCU. I would give them 10 gold stars and a 100 rating if I could. They are the absolute best!

I applied for the Santa loan on Friday night at 11:23pm. Did not think I would hear from anyone until Monday . But received a phone call Saturday morning at 9:44. Letting me know that I was approved and it was in my account by 10:45am ... the service was outstanding and and very pleased.

I have been a member of CTCU since 2008 and they have always been very professional and courteous and willing to go the extra mile for their members. The entire staff from Board, Loan specialist, to customer service representative are first-class and cut above.

Staff is absolutely out standing my banker Tavia was absolutely amazing and helpful! They helped me through the whole transitioning of banks and direct deposits and everything. I do use a couple of budgeting apps that make it tough because the credit union is not listed on plaid. I also wish they offered some military banking services for active duty and disabled vets. I would like to see more of tha.

This is the most unprofessional and insensitive bank I have ever dealt with in my 25 years of banking. My mother in law has been sick and in and out of rehab facilities since May 2020. My MIL has banked with Teachers for over 40 years with a savings and regular checking with them. During this trying time my MIL asked my husband and myself to take Power of Attorney and since the day we took Teachers Credit Union the paperwork they have given us nothing but hell and heartache. Then to top it off after jumping through the hoops they required they CLOSED her bank account with no notification. I went up there to find out why the account is being declined and after calling my MIL and having her on speakerphone to talk to the branch manager and the president of human resources and her telling them she was in a facility and to give the information to me and that is why my name was listed on the POA. They told her that they closed the account and would not tell her why. Then hours later I receive a phone call from adult protective services because my husband and myself were reported for exploitation of my MIL money. No they can't tell us who reported it, but hours after I leave the bank and my MIL and husband called and chewed their behind out then we get told we are under investigation. Teachers credit union did this to cover their butts because they closed the account illegally and was told they were being reported to the BBB. This bank and its representatives are trash they treated a customer that has done business with them for over 40 years like trash.

My experience was quick and easy I received in the mail that I’ve been preapproved for a loan so since I’m working on building my credit I figured that would be perfect! Next day I did everything online (applied) and about an hour or so I received a call from them that I got approved So far so good

I don't think I've every had a banking experience that was more efficient and thorough. Chauntavia was so hepful, friendly and welcoming! I didn't talk with anyone else, but she is a wonderful representative for the CTCU!

I have been a member since 2016, the staff has always been courteous and very helpful. Leticia has handled my loans and it has been an awesome experience. She is excellent.
