This was probably the best car buying experience I've had. The entire process was fast, efficient and to the point. No BS. I arrived a little early for my appointment but that was not a problem, as they began the paperwork immediately. The employees I interacted with were helpful and friendly. I normally do not like going to dealerships, because of pushy sales people, managers. I absolutely had an awesome sales lady Mrs. Marjorie Hudgins, she was very knowledgeable and so easy to deal with. I had a great experience with the whole team at Conyers Mitsubishi all the way up to the General Manager. This is the first dealership that I had a good experience at.

The sales person Greg and Jamaal are really great! They know how to sales cars, while being very patient! The 3 service women that assisted me were the best! Teka, the pregnant woman and the shorter woman with dark black hair. I wish I knew their names, because ALL 3 deserve a huge KUDOS! Finally, the GM Anthony was awesome he did everything he said he would! This is the dream team at Mitsubishi in Conyers, GA! I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go to this store, where you can get great customer service too!

Do not get your car from here they lie and are very rude. Terry is very rude, and Vinnie is just a plain liar. The only thing I can say is Sam the sales guy was good and Adrian who later did my paperwork was great. Once you get a car from them Vinnie will give you the run around and Terry is just as rude, and you might not get your tags for two months after because they won’t complete your paperwork once you have made the deal with them and brought the car. I still have not gotten my tags and I brought my car from there in the beginning of April. I am going to report them to the better business bureau. Terry also hung up on me when I was asking why I was getting the run around. One person would tell me this and another would tell me something different. I left messages for someone to call me about my referral check well you know that never happened. They got the right one to give poor customer service too because this review is only the beginning of my complaints. They should not have gotten any stars but it will not let you put nothing

I bought a vehicle from this place last June. My wife decided this June that she wanted a jeep. We went to trade the suburban in only to find out that the miles were rolled back when we purchased the vehicle. We took it back to Mitsubishi of Conyers and informed the manager Greg Webster. He apologized and promised that he would work diligently to resolve the situation. It is now a week later and he refuses to buy the vehicle back. He said that he would do a trade and offered us 37,000 for our vehicle but he said that we had to put 3,000 down for another vehicle. So basically we're stuck with this vehicle with rollback miles until we hire an attorney. We pray that this does not happen to anyone else.

Also great thanks to Chris Johnson the man in charge of it all, also like to thank the mechanic Justin, always doing me really good and informing me on the things I need to know.

Jaylon was amazing! But let me share the experience…I woke up Sunday morning and decided I wanted a Veloster. I had found 5 across the metro Atlanta area but amazingly this dealership had my favorite color. Jaylon was a sweetie and soft spoken. I loved the fact that he was HONEST! If he didn’t know he said he didn’t know. I appreciate and value that! He took care of my family the entire time and the sales experience was amazing because of him. Future Update will change review below: Now when it comes to finance you need to ask questions and read! I have read the reviews of others so I will be updating my review on the trade in process, tag and title, and finance. I don’t make repeated calls to handle dealership issues like I see so many comments on. I will visit…I suggest people drive in and meet with management. Since the doc fee is expensive I expect to not have to call in to see why paperwork hasn’t been submitted. This is the only concern I have so we shall see and determine the update tone. Lastly if you cannot already tell, I was not paid or promised anything for my review.

I rate Conyers Mitsubishi a 10 my experience was long however it was great the staff was friendly, helpful, professional and patient with my process. They even feed us lunch which was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend Conyers Mitsubishi to my family and friends.

Why is it taking so long for someone in service to contact me regarding service to my vehicle? I took my vehicle to this establishment to rectify a recall. Rear knocking and was told that the noise would stop once a part was replaced. No charge so I was ok. 1 week later the knocking is back. They tell me to bring it back in so I did. This time I had a oil change$46. I was presented with a $279 invoice. I only saw oil change on so so when I asked,I think Danielle what this was, she said it was to replace the rear baring. I don't normally.pay for service ahead of time, but I am told this was policy. I paid the invoice and was told they will call in a week. Well its been over a month and not one call. I call them twice and was put on hold and Danielle said she will look into. Her is is almost May, going on month 2. I called today and spoke to someone in Sales because getting anyone to answer in service is impossible. Chris is the new Service manager and was going to call back NOW. This was over 30 mins ago. I would not take any car for service. I don't know what's going on there but this is not good business. I have all receipts and will contact BBB and possible take legal action. I took my car to another mechanic and was told my break pads were loose. Why did Mitsubishi say it was my bearings? Why didn't they take my money and not fix my car? Why are they not returning my calls? It's been two weeks since last post. Chris the service manager nor anyone else from Conyers Mitsubishi, called me about this situation. Obviously you do support/ tolerate the this location does business.

Bought a car from this dealership, AFTER TWO MONTHS I still have not been able to get the title to my vehicle so I can get a permanent tag. I went Back to the dealership (2 hours away) sat there for 5 hours for them to tell me they done there job and can’t do Anything about it. The DMV says they haven’t received my title, conyers lied about sending it. I’m stuck without a tag..

I am editing my review to show the truth. If we had it to do over again we would RUN, NOT WALK, RUN from this dealership (aka Evolution Cars as that is the name their license is in). This place is the worst of the worst. We purchased a 2022 Outlander in October 2021 and to date they still owe us $2500! And that does not include all the headaches and hours of pure hell they have put us through. I would highly recommend you pay attention to the poor reviews because the good reviews are more than likely paid for, as was my first review (the general manager, Anthony, promised us all weather floor mats if we went online to Google and gave a good review-ironically, that is the ONLY thing he was honest about! YES, they literally pay people to leave a good review). I would also highly recommend you file a complaint with Georgia's Secretary of State if you have major issues with this company, the BBB cannot do anything, but the SOS can. You can look up all this company has already been fined for on their PUBLIC website. It is not a reputable company by far. Too bad we didn't have someone telling us the truth before we made our purchase.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I had a very SHADY experience that didn't end well. I am a frequent customer and have always paid exactly $47.89 for my oil changes. I called to schedule my appointment asking for a basic oil change this time; I took my car in and at the end, I was told that the amount was $82.56. My total has never been that high so I asked Danielle Carr to see the paper in her hand totaling the cost of my service and once she realized that I was questioning her, she then hid the paper and was stuttering trying to explain that this isn't the final bill and I won't get that until I pay. At that moment, I knew for a fact that they were being dishonest. Danielle Carr was very hostile and aggressive and even walked away with my keys in hand. She rudely tried to explain that the mechanics did extra to my car WITHOUT consent and tried to explain that those services were free and there was a big sign outside stating a tire rotation was free but when I went outside, I captured a picture of the sign which clearly states "Oil change and Tire Rotation $79.95".. she lied in my face. On top of everything, a car rotation never was even performed because Danielle Carr went outside to personally show me my front two tires.... I was charged for an oil change and tire rotation when I only asked for an oil change. The communication is TERRIBLE and the employees are very dishonest. Not to mention, it always takes 3.2 QTS to fill my car but this time, I was charged for 5 QTS. Lastly, Danielle Carr explained that they no longer perform basic oil changes but when I came to the place, she failed to communicate that to me. I would have rather been told the truth straight up then to be deceived and scammed. I called the next day asking for how much and oil change was and got hung up on in my face. At this point, I am going to have to take my vehicle to get a second opinion because I'm not even sure I even got an oil change because of how dishonest they were.

Man this place is great. I just got a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu & I love it. Pedro Caraballo went above & beyond in so many ways to get me into my new car. A very outgoing and great human being. He showed great hospitality and stayed in contact, the communication was everything you want in a salesman! When he told me to have faith in him & I listened that was one of the best decisions I’ve made. When you come here looking for a car definitely ask for him! You will not be disappointed!

Visited this business for a specific vehicle I fell in love with online after confirming via email it was still available. Upon arrival the dealership was not what I expected but that's not a huge deal. Began walking the lot to find the vehicle, not once was I greeted or acknowledged as they watched us walk around aimlessly from inside. Ended up finding the vehicle on my own but it was in a section that appeared to be where they put vehicles being worked on so I thought that was a little odd. Asked my boyfriend to go inside and get some assistance for me while my dad and I look over the vehicles exterior more, gave him my ID to speed up the process since I knew I wanted to test drive it. As I'm looking over the vehicle, I notice the exterior does not look like the photos showed online. You can tell they used special angles and lighting to hide the many dents, scratches, messed up paint and lots of damage on the hood from the highway (likely rocks), none of this visible in the photos. They attempted to cover most of the problems with a paint touch up but did a horrible job. My boyfriend returns mentioning the sales person inside was initially friendly but wouldn't come outside to greet me or give me the keys to test drive and the sales manager immediately treated my boyfriend very confrontationally and acted as if he was a criminal, threatening my boyfriend. He proceeded to tell my boyfriend he could wait outside and said I had to come inside to retrieve a COPY of my drivers license because they wouldn't give it to him after he mentioned he wanted to go elsewhere and did not want them keeping my information. As I came inside, you could feel the tension from the sales manager towards my boyfriend. I did not say a word as he pretended to act like he wanted to deal with us suddenly now that I showed up, I took my copy of my ID and we both left. Overall I do NOT recommend shopping here for a vehicle, shady business with rude employees.

THIS HAS HANDS DOWN BEEN THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I purchased a vehicle on 5/21 it's now 6/2 and I am still not in possession of my vehicle. Everyone in that dealership passes the buck around...the communication is deplorable. I will go into depth when I have the patience but DON'T EVEN CONSIDER purchasing from them. Your business is better suited elsewhere.

Lord knows I can’t thank Anthony enough for getting me in a GREAT vehicle. This man literally explain the ins and outs of everything with car I wanted vs what I got. True enough I am extremely stubborn and did not want to listen at first but they got me straight. Mr. Terry was jumping rope for me just so I could be approved. The financial manager was everything. I definitely recommend EVERYONE to shop with them.

These people are full of lies. Please pay attention to the bad reviews here they hold a lot of weight and truth. It’s impossible to get a hold of people there sometimes and its always “leave your number the manager is busy” as im calling all day. Even if i leave my number i don’t get a call back. A lot of their cars are lemons and will break down very soon off the lot unless you’re getting some civic or something but don’t touch their luxuries at all. money pit

My initial purchase of new 2022 Outlander was a disaster. After months of unsuccessful repairs. It was determined to be a lemon. I was offered a recent trade to replace a brand-new vehicle. I was mortified. I was then asked to come back for a new car replacement of the outlander sport. Same price, with a 200 dollar more note. A lower-end model with no added features. I'm so heartbroken from the whole process. Truly bad business. Management from February has never approached me with an sorry for all inconvenience. Bad Business outlander purchase. Sadly I regret trading my car and making a purchase with Conyers Mitsubishi. I traded my vehicle 2/5/2022 and was still making payments on my traded vehicle into March 2022. The new 2022 Outlander had a recall, and that was taken care of on 2/26/2022, but I returned the vehicle for check engine light on 2/28/2022. I asked if I could trade out of the new car on 2/29/2022. The sales manager, Joe, said he would call back right away after talking with the Service department. That call never came. I called back for follow-up 6 times that day. My call was transferred twice and once left on the desk for someone to pick up. No reply. I went out to the dealer the following day, mind you, I have no loaner vehicle while the vehicle was being fixed for a locked thermostat. I called for Joe again, and he continued telling more untruths and pushing my valid concerns of satisfaction with everything to another sales manager-Leslie. I was told by her and Joe the direct manager, would address my concerns, but he was very busy. After 10 days my 2022 Outlander had been fixed. I informed the Service associate that I am very unhappy about all the disregard of everything. Still paying on a traded vehicle plus excepted to pay on a vehicle that they had in their possession. I picked up the fixed vehicle up 3/12 and the inside was dirty, car exterior dirty.. I would have thought with major inconvenience of all I dealt with the courtesy of cleaning would have lessen some of my dissatisfaction of Conyers Mitsubishi. It's unfortunate, because I really believe Leslie had great intentions with helping with the many things that fell through the cracks towards sad and lousy communication of her coworkers. I should be happy about this new car but the service I received from Conyers Mitsubishi has made what should be a pleasant experience miserable. They have offered to trade me out of the vehicle, but enough is enough. I am dissatisfied for many reasons. Management doesn't work with integrity!!

I’m Grateful!!! Awesome Team!! So we have, Mr. Tony and Anthony, and Chandler These men have truly gone above and beyond for me make sure I have a reliable vehicle! They really took care of me and my daughter! Accommodations out of this world! I truly Thank God for these men!! They were Haven sent! Last year was a nightmare for me with the last team they had running the place, but now they have incredible people there, who truly cares about customer service and quality, and not just for the money! As soon as Mr. Tony found out about the last car I purchased from the last team, that car almost killed me and my family! Mr.Tony did not hesitate to fix it, he sent a loaner with Anthony from Conyers all the way to Alpharetta for me to use until they were able to get me up to the shop and sign for purchase! Mr. Tony and Anthony checked on me all the time!!! Mr. Tony a true man of God! Now I’m in a car that’s a 2021 new, clean and loaded! I’m sooooo grateful!
