New staff told me to go home and try to come earlier next time! I'm last minute customer (8:59pm everytime) at this store for 7-8 years, I never had any problems but today, the girl being rude and said oh I already deposited all the checks, you are too late, try to come earlier next time, well, who doesn't know your mom is a woman? Very unprofessional and clearly lack of education, common sense, if you want to leave exactly at 9pm, tell your boss change the closing time to 10 minute earlier, you wasted my damn time and gas today and tomorrow, just to save your 2 mins of time, other staffs like the old lady was very friendly unlike that ******* , i will try to avoid going to this store, maybe your boss will be happy for losing a customer like me, you did a good job!

They have Very cool and helpful associates, every single one of them. I drive from Alhambra to San Gabriel, which passes a few check cashing stores, I do it because others similar stores can't even try and compete with experience every time I go here and I've haven't had any visit, not one at all, that I wasn't happy and satisfied with my!

I visited here for the first time. She was toooooo kindly and had goooood service that I could hear the information. That person's name is Anna.

I would rate it 5 stars bc everyones nice but some girl Lupe she was rude she answered me in a rude way just fix that and I'll rate it 5 stars
