Andy and Scott were an ENORMOUS help! They became invested in my daughter's need for a car and went above and beyond to help me, not only attain the loan I needed, but to get me the very best rates available, as well as already having something in the works for my daughter and I to come back and re-work the loan when we're able to make it even better! Andy was readily available when I walked in, after I'd visited two other places that had no one available to help me at all. He led me through the process, explained all of my options and highlighted the better ones, and rode the roller coaster with me to the successful finish line. Thanks guys! From personal to business banking, I've never been disappointed by Consumers. They have really made me feel like a member of a family and have always been there to help me with my needs. Leaving my last credit union was an easy choice and I am very glad I did. 10/10 would do it all over again!

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Consumers Credit Union. Joe Huizar was very helpful throughout the entire process. He took time to answer my questions and help me when I needed to provide further information. This was the first time I went through the mortgage process by myself and I couldn’t be happier with the process.

We have been customers of this bank for over 30 years and will be closing our accounts. Our son was denied twice for a car loan even though he went through the credit builder process, has a good job and great credit. Recently, we had a check from our insurance company written out to multiple family members. Even though we all have accounts and were present with our ID's, they would not allow us to deposit the check. We called to speak to a branch manager with our concerns, and he never bothered to return the call. We also had a less than positive experience when consulting about how to cash out savings bonds purchased by our son's grandparents. All in all, service has declined, and we've received much better service through other credit unions we have done business with recently.

Consumers Credit Union used to be an amazing institution, but changes to their teller and branch locations in the last 6 months have completely eroded everything good about this bank. I have about 8 to 10 accounts at consumers and I used to be able to go to my local branch and tell the teller which account to deposit my money into. Since they knew who I was it was not that big of a deal. Now their ATM based teller system is so incredibly slow it's almost unusable. A half a dozen of occasions now I have waited for over 20 minutes sometimes as much as 40 minutes just to speak to a teller from the time I get to the line.

The only bank on the planet that will charge you to cash a check that one of their members issued. An absolute scam. Avoid any and all business with this bank.

As always they are pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that they are now virtual tellers inside now except for a few people. I needed people help and they were great. I ALWAYS prefer face to face with a person not a screen but I guess that’s the world now
